Pullman Kuching: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Almost Perfect"

I requested connecting rooms during reservation and I got them even I arrived after mid-night. The rooms were big and clean. Window view was great because my rooms were at 16/F. I had a wheelchair and access to the hotel was a bit difficult because the hotel sits on top of a hill. I booked a car through the hotel. I requested for picking up at 08:30. I was then informed the car would be available at 09:00. Eventually the car was not delivered till 09:30. I lossed the chance to have a breakfast before drove to cultural village.

Pullman Kuching: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Overall good hotel, only lacking was personalisation of service"

It's a hotel worthwhile staying when you are in Kuching. My only grouse is the low service levels, from checking in to executive lounge. I notice they use a lot of trainee staff and hence the lack of personalisation , even at the executive floor level is disappointing, Hilton hotel, although a much older hotel, and only a stone's throw away, renders a service that feels personal.

Good service! But long distance with airport, and the upgrade roof bring some inconvinence to guest, it will take one more month, and the price for member is a little high, not so warmly as before when I arrived at reception. The breakfast need some changes, not so much choice.

Pullman Kuching: 5.0 out of 5 stars "What a worth 2 nights stay in this hotel! ;-)"

We have a wonderful experience for 2 night stays in this hotel. All the staffs and management are friendly and helpful with great smiles (which brighten our mood). We stayed in a deluxe twin-sharing room with excellent view of Kuching city and river bank even in night time. The room is spacious and clean. We love the hotel extra services by providing complimentary fruits and snacks. My friend enjoys using the Gym, swimming and jacuzzi. The hotel has well located near seafood center and restaurants which easy for us to enjoy the local foods.

Pullman Kuching: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Hate it"

The twin beds are too small, so small that I could hardly turn even though I paid for an executive room. The hand basin and the bath tub were partially. The bath shower hose was leaky. Location was a bit out. However, the room is quite clean and of good size. It has a nice lobby. The food is yummy.
