"a cool getaway"

if you're looking for a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of Shanghai, this is the perfect place for you. The food was great, we had all our meals here for the length of our stay. Overall, we had a very good time. I would definitely would want to be back in summer especially after the outdoor pool is renovated.

"just O.K."

The overview of the hotel is O.K., but now very difference between Star 4 and Star5。。。。。The reception told us that because they are fully ordered the next day, I cannot delay my time until 16 o'clock, that made me not satisfied.....but still understandingI'm sorry to miss the happy hour...

"Problem at Check-in & check-out"

Need improvement of check-in & check-out efficiency.During checking-in and out, reception desks are totally out of control.Many people waiting in lines for more than 30 minutes.When I check-in, room was not available. Nobody gave me notice when room was ready.We could enter room and have rest after 5pm.
