"Great place to stay with family & friends"

We have stayed in Nusa Dua 3 times & each stay was at this hotel. We generally travel with 1 child & 1 grand parent, so being able to stay in a 2 bedroom suite really suits us. On our most recent visit my sister joined us. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite with a pool. Having 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms gives everyone their “own space” and the living area is great … plenty of room, so you don’t have to worry about them falling over each other. There were a couple minor maintenance issues, which were sorted out immediately. The staff are happy & friendly, especially at Pause Café, which is a favourite for my family. They make pretty good coffee too!With the choice of the resort pool or the private beach (you can walk or take the shuttle bus) you have best of both worlds. The pool area is great … probably the only thing missing is a swim up bar. We used the gym regularly and all of us had numerous spa treatments which were fantastic!If you like the hustle bustle and a party atmosphere, Nusa Dua is probably not for you. We think that Kuta/Legian/Seminyak are all within reasonable driving distances if you want to head to those areas of Bali. For us, we like the relaxed family atmosphere of the Novotel Nusa Dua hotel. We can definitely recommend it.

"Family stay at Novotel Nusa Dua"

The staff were all very friendly and couldnt do enough for you. 3 bed-roomed villa was luxury and the daily service to clean it and make the beds etc was great! Loved The Blu Bar and happy hour! The spa was disappointing- high prices.

"Excellent once again"

Stayed here a few years ago and was the automatic pick when we had six days spare on our Bali trip. 4 years old daughter loved the kids club especially. Would always recommend this resort for value for money.

"Wonderful Hotel but needs better maintenance"

Stayed with my wife for 7 days over the New Year period. Service was fantastic, ambience and decor wonderful. The rooms were big but badly maintained. Lights were not working, minibar not working, toilet doesn't flush well. After daily complaints and a change of room, everything was great again. Would still come back here again.
