In afternoon, my room and executive lounge area is high temp. Maybe this hotel have not used Low-E glass. Good swimming pool but SPA' price is high. If you book via accor and pullman website, you will get cash back vocher to purchase in King power duty free. (Terms and Conds applied)Breakfast in cuisine unplug is variety of food, but i saw one big fly.

However, please be informed that if you come for a treatment before 16h00 you can enjoy 30% discount. As well all our Le Club member can enjoy a permanent 20% discount.Your comment on the Air Conditioned has been addressed to our engineering team who is currently reviewing AC maintenance and temperature monitoring.And lastly we do regret that a fly was in the restaurant area, all the hotel team is very focus on the overall hygiene but we are surrounded by garden and we also have a botanical garden inside the hotel as a consequence it can happen that a fly mange to enter. Please do not hesitate to point it to our service staff and they will take it out.I appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Pullman Bangkok King Power: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Lobby and Coffee Shop need refurbishing"

With the duty free shop next door, the hotel has a lot of Chinese guests. The lobby, lobby loos, coffee shop (breakfast buffet area) all look like they need a face lift.Quality of breakfast was excellent! Service at that restaurant, fantastic. Overall service also great.There were at different times, a man whose name I forget (but not his smile and charm) and a woman, Amy at the concierge desk. They were outstanding.Ratna who checked me in was great as well.I also stayed 20-21 Feb. The guy who checked me in was pleasant but not very efficient.I do not think they looked at the special requests section of my booking wherein I gave my A-Club membership number -a status that entitled me to an upgrade. So time was wasted in getting a room ready for me because he first readied the booked level of room and then when I pointed out I was entitled to an upgrade, we lost another hour to get a suitable room ready.Aside from this, it was a very pleasant stay. the bell guys were also great.

We selected Pullman Kingpower for our 7th anniversary and my husband really loves this hotel. It has good facility - nice pool, executive lounge, nice garden with pool.Further 500 THB cash voucher for shopping at dutyfree with shuttle bus to sky train. What a convenient place!

as platinum member, I seems did not get any other privilege apart from upgrade from superior to deluxe, and the room looks old as u may found some marks made by hot cup to a wooden table....by the way I really feel disappointment compare my last stay....but the good face is the sleeping quality is good.....but in future... I may not choose this Pullman again as there are too many good hotels in bkk....

This year was my 2nd stay, as I loved my stay last year and just wanted to come back.I now want to always stop off at Bangkok as I know I will do major shopping and the hotel is not only great, but good location.The hotel is well located and is only a tuktuk away from the sky train (tuktuk service is complimentary) Via taxi also the other places I required to go to were only 60 baht away (AUD$2) so very good location. The pool and room service were great as they were definitely utilised, and their selection for buffet breakfast was great. I always filled up ready for my busy day of shopping!All staff are amazing and friendly, but this time the two stars were Lo and Golf. always with a smile, helpful and more and made my stay even more enjoyable I will definitely be coming back on my next trip... hurry up 2014!kind regardsN

Stayed overnight in a one bedroom executive suite- hotel has good value (guests on executive level get breakfast anywhere in hotel, including an extensive buffet). Hotel is next to lots of good places to eat on Rangnam Road, close to BTS and Airport Rail Link. Rooms are well furnished, staff is quite friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Very good overall, Christmas dinner was good value for the price paid, would just hope the canapes and cocktails would last till 8.00 and that the lounge was bigger. Had an issue with the spa but the quality of service offered is really good. Friendly staff made this stay very pleasant.
