Pullman King Power shows good services and quality to stay. price is not too cheap but compare with other Hotel fair.Location wise easy to get here and there and tuk-tuk service to BTS station.nice place to stay and may consider stay in my Biz trip next month.

1. The check-in process took for a while as usual but they served a welcome drink while waiting in the sofa area.2. The room was clean but it`s little dated to be honest especially in the bathroom. However, overall, it still looked very cozy and comfortable. The Pullman bed brought me high sleeping quality indeed.3. As a Le Club Platinum member, the hotel did not place any greeting cards or gifts which they`ve done this before during my previous stays. 4. The gym and pool facilities are fantastic! You can not miss it!!5. The breakfast service is excellent with international choice and the bakery is amazing!! 6. Free tuk tuk service can bring in-house guest to the sky train station but you will need to pass dozens of tour buses which make the air quality very low and unpleasant around the complex.Overall, it is still a pleasant stay.View management response »

1. Wld be better if Reception can retreive our booking reference electronicly (we booked thru accor.com) without us having to show them our cfm printout to verify the room type and packages booked. Mixed up twice. 2. We booked 3 rooms with late check out till 3pm under Delicious Escapade but they insisted that hotel is full and we have to checkout by 1pm.3. Taxi from hotel to airport by meter is around 230bts on normal road. Toll abt 70bt for highway. Better to go to take airport raillink @Phaya Thai Station @90bt/pax for express service to airport, 20min only. Much faster than taxi of 1-2hr. Phaya Thai station has lift and is connected to BTS.4. Hotel provides free tuk tuk service(one vehicle only, sits 6paxs) to the side of Century Plaza@BTS Victory Monument.5. The van terminal is conveniently located by the side of BTS Victory Monument for transport to designated places eg. Mekong Railway, HuaHin etc.6. Conceige booked for us a Big Taxi to sit 6 paxs (Toyota Innova) at THB2500 for abt 6hr service as we wanted to visit Damnoen Floating Market and Mekong Railway Station. Was also ripped-off at the small boat terminal, that the driver brought us to, that charged us THB1000/pax for 'floating market cum a temple visit' boat service. Temple not worth a visit at all. Being at the isolated jetty, had no choice but paid.7. Next time will stay at VIE hotel@Ratchathewi or Novotel Siam as they are nearer to BTS and well connected to Chatuchak Market(BTS@Mo Chit) and boat ride on Chao Phraya River(BTS@Saphan Taksin).View management response »

It is indeed very precious to us as a major way to measure our guest satisfaction and to improve our service.Please allow me to answer to each point you mentioned:Concerning the check in process, our Front Desk staff do ask the confirmation number (if you have it) in order to be sure of the booking as sometimes we can have some homonym checking the same day or even some misspelling into the original booking.In regards to the late check out our hotel policy is very clear, we focus on guest well being. Each time we can allow it we do it. We are sorry that on the day of your check out we have not been able to grant you that privilege as the hotel was indeed fully booked.Thanks to share your tips on the Airport link vicinity, the free Tuk Tuk and the public mini van terminal with the other Tripadvisor users. It is indeed one of the advantages of our hotel location.Sorry to hear that your visit at the floating market temple was not a success, our concierge will be happy to help you organize your tour for your next visit. We are happy to see that you are so faithful to Accor properties and we are sure that you will enjoy your next stay at VIE hotel or Novotel Siam which are indeed a bit closer to Saphan Taksin station. As for the very famous Chatuchak Market, we are the closest of these 3 hotels as it is only 4 stations from the Pullman King Power. Second time to stay with PULLMAN KINGPOWER,the location is very good.staff are friendly and nice.clean and comfortable guest room.a girl at front desk can speak Chinese.3 nights was so fast.will back this hotel again

This is my fourth time staying in this hotel and as always, Pullman has provided great service, value and comfort. In this trip we took a little more time to explore the surrounding area which turned out to be wonderful! Victory Monument and the nearby Rangnam St. is full of great local food. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Oh yes, don't forget to utilize the free shuttle from the hotel to the BTS station!View management response »

This hotel is very well appointented, new facility. The location was fine for one night considering its proximity to the sky train and shopping centres. Fortunately we had spent a few nights more in the center of Bangkok already. Great hotel offering excellent value.

The hotel located near the city center and BTS station.There is tuk tuk service that connect the BTS station and the hotel.The hotel is near to a big duty free shopping mall, and the hotel will give you discount when you go shopping there.The buffet in the hotel is also very nice.In conclusion, this hotel is worth money and I will come back again when I visit Bangkok.View management response »

"Not something extra ordinary"

Upon arrival in a van, 6 of us had to unload our baggage at our own and brought it into lobby. The attendants were walking and chit-chatting around without any help to load our baggage into the trolley. Check-in process was complicated. We're a family of 6 and booked (>2 months with full payment) with 3 rooms, specifically selected all twin beds. The check-in officer mentioned I must take 1 king size bed. And it went around for 15 mins, can came back she finally can offered us the room type that we need. They spent another 20 mins or so to fill up each of our passport information. The good point was we were offered welcome drink while waiting at the lobby.Overall hotel is great, the only concern was the large number of buses travelling and stopping at the duty free mall next door caused massive jam with noise & air pollution. The tourist wandering and making so much noises around the compound when the mall throughout the mall opening hours.Room service was partially completed during one of the days when we got back to the hotel at 6pm. They left the new bedsheet, pillow cover etc on the sofa. Notified the cleaner to complete the cleaning after 730pm, but when we got back at 1030pm they have not completed the cleaning work. We had to call and wait for 40 mins before can finally take a good rest.

My 3rd stay with Pullman Bangkok Kingpower since 2010. It has always been my first choice when I travelled to Bangkok. Location is fantastic especially with BTS Victory Monument just 5 mins walk away. If you have the time, just 10 mins walk to Phaya Thai Airport Link where you can take the airport link to Suvarnabhumi Airport in just less than 30 minutes for 90 baht (express service).There is also a complimentary tuk-tuk service to BTS Victory Monument for those lazy to walk in the hot weather.Enjoyed our lunch at Chaan which is value for money. Room is clean and neat. Check in is prompt and best of all, you enjoy the comfort of welcome drink at the lobby while they handled the check in for you.I will return to stay when I visit Bangkok again!

"Good service, poor hardware!"

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. I arrived late on my first night. Despite full payment upon reservation and request for non-smoking room, the hotel made me stand at the front desk for more than 30 minutes just to persuade me away from taking a non-smoking room. I insisted, finally they gave me a non-smoking room. We spent the rest of the night freezing in the room because the air-conditioner simply couldn't be control. Either no air-conditioning or freezing! The next day, I requested to change from a king-size room to a twin room. They gave me one, but when I entered the room, it was not cleaned at all after last-guest departure. They shortly gave us another room. But this time, the internet didn't work. The technicians tried to fix the problem, and until 10pm, it finally worked.The next morning we woke up, the internet stopped again. This time, the technician chose to put into the room a router instead to solve the connection problem. Okay, from then on, we could access the internet.Later the night, the electricity of the room went off. omg, this was really my first time the hotel room went out of electricity.View management response »
Management responseDear Kshop, Your feedback caused me a great concern.I immediately asked all service concerned a very detail investigation:- The day of your arrival our hotel was fully booked, our Front Desk Agent tried his best to reduce your waiting time. He obviously should have handled better the overall check in process. We have already retrained him on our procedure.- I am sorry to hear that A/C was to cold in your room. It is normally blowing between 22 to 25 degrees depending on your personal set up. Please note that our engineering team stands by 24/7 to handle that type of case.- In regards to our WiFi system we have indeed identified some signal issue in 10 rooms the past week. We did not sell these rooms during a few days so that our supplier could solve the problem.- Lastly we have not noted any power shortage in our hotel during your last day, maybe your room key was not properly inserted in the power socket?I thank you for your nice comment on our overall service and assure you that all measures has been taken to solve the issue you mentioned on the hotel hardware.May I end by offering my heartfelt apologies regarding the accumulation of annoying incidents you experiencedVery best regardsBertrand DugastOperations Director
