This was probably the 6/7 time I have stayed at Pullman Kingpower. The level of attentiveness and the state of the accommodation have consistantly been maintained at a 5-star modern hotel tailored to the needs of both business and modern travelers.The evening turndown service for the rooms was a great plus point too as buckets of ice were provided to the room for that pre-dinner drink or just to have a cooling drink as you return to the comfort of your hotel room after being in the scorching Bangkok heat for most parts of the day. The whole feel of the room with the pillows and quilt prepared for the night, more bottles of drinking water provided and the hand towels changed during evening turndown allow you to feel the warm hospitality of the Pullman Kingpower staff.

This is my 4th time stay here, every time I got difference service event I have the same room type. This time I first stay at 15th floor, then have to change as I smell strong smoke in the room, that cause me allergic for 2 days, then the second day I have to request hotel to change my room during night time. Cleaning and room service is not fill all stuffs that I have used in some day, I have to request the refill to get it. Room is not sound protected, my neighbor have party until 3 AM and the noice is too loud in my room. Finally the worst is that I reserve the room from ACCOR website, and I got the rate same between member and not member of accor, and as the period is in the promotion of "stay 3 pay 2" I also can't get this discount. More strange is that when try to book room for long stay it more expencive than try to book day by day as short stay. I know that this booking problem is the misfunction of web reservation program during that time, but I have to book the room, then reclaim the discount back later, sure I got 10% discount back, but I can't get low price as stay 3 pay 2 promotion. So this time the accor and pullman disappoint me so much. I can't recommended any of my client to stay here any more.

Pullman Bangkok King Power: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Not Very Ideal"

“The only convenient place around the hotel is to walk to the nearby King Power Duty Free departmental store. It is difficult to get a taxi and I ever waited for nearly one hour and could not get it especially during their "Peak Hours". There were no taxi stand at this hotel and we had to wait and queue for those taxi coming in to drop off their passengers. The only alternative is to walk to the Duty Free Mall and board the "Tu Tu" which would take you to the congested Victory Monument Train Station, and it was not a pleasant ride under the hot sun although it was free of charge. I am not sure whether the hotel provides in house Limousine but we were not offered or informed of this service by their staff, and I assumed they did not have this service.Frankly speaking, I will not choose to stay at this hotel again unless they solve the transport problem for their guests. The hotel might only be ideal for tour groups which come with their own sighting buses/coaches.”“ The staff at the restaurant was not very friendly. While we were having our late buffet breakfast on the morning (May 1st), all the buffet food was taken away exactly at 10.30am without informing the dining guests to take their last serving. On the other hand, the staff at the entrance and the lobby was very friendly and polite and always smiling, quite a contrast ! ”

The club lounge was excelent. Quiet, Classy Decoration, full equiped for meeting..The friendly and helpful staffs are the charming of the lounge, which you would never be disappointed with Thais Hospitality characters...Breakfast on the G/F is super served. Better variety than the one at the lounge, but noisy as many tourists.. However, the food serve fresh and high quality.

the hotel is situation at a good location, just a couple of minutes walk from Phaya Thai station. the pool and gym facilities is great that I could spend sometime relaxing there.The buy 2 get 3 night is making it more valuable for such a low price and good quality.. Suddenly, there comes a promotion activity to offer 500 Baht cash voucher (spent at duty free shop) per night for the guest staying in the hotel.. So, the souvenir becomes free of charge for my stay this time.. it's really very amazing and good. The service is also excellent that I would recomment this to my friend as well.Another tip is to join the A-Club advantage club to get 50% off from the breakfast rate.

Great location, and upgrade was excellent with King Power's lounge access. Executive lounge floor access and facility are perfect. Value for money with good staff service. The pool is very nice and Gym is very well equipped. I spent couple hours using the facilities, enjoying the time would highly recommend to others.

This is my second time to choose Pullman BKK, some staff already remember my family & say hello, I was booked Executive Room and you can check-in/out at 20/F & they prepare some welcome gift, airport lounge coupons...duty free discount coupons.. ... which make you feel very friendly & warm. The Welcome fruit ready in the room. I have to said Thank you everyone in Pullman executive floor staff(Ms Nate,Mr.Kone..) , they help me to book restaruant, talking to local driver to avoid mistake, show me all direction in city. so I don't spend much time to check internet & travel book. Hotel location is excellent to go anywhere.For the room, my baby love their bathtub too much and start from 3rd night(I am A-club Plat) they upgrade me to Suite which I can see perfect city view & almost double space compare normal room. I am sure I will stay again in future

if you are looking for a spacious place to stay with a great pool and nice silent rooms then this hotel is the perfect choice. with a damage of only 70 euro incl. tax (no breakfast) i had a relaxing time in the Pullman. to the skytrain (the only reasonable transporation method!) it is only 10 min footwalk and it takes 20 min to siam square only. btw, no sex tourists and hookers in the hotel.the shopping mall next door (KING POWER) is useless, dont waste your time and better to shopping directly in the duty free area in the airpoert.have fun,elmo

Loved staying at this hotel-the staff were absolutely lovely, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was really clean,amazing shower, pool and conveniences great. We enjoyed the spa treatments too! will be returning again. definitely recommended!

Chose the Pullman based on its close location to the airport train link and my partner being an accor member (gold). it did not disappoint, in fact our only disappointment was that we did not stay longer! On arrival we were taken to the executive lounge to check in - we had booked an executive room, we were too late to enjoy the complementary canopies but this was quickly forgotten when we realised the gold membership had earned us an upgrade to a suite - what a stunning room or should we say 'rooms!!' The buffett breakfast the next morning left you spoilt for choice and we rounded our stay off with an hour by the pool. Would defiantly recommend.

Overall, a pleasant stay. We're quite pleased with the facility as it's relatively new. Check in was slow for suite floor. The only difference with regular receptionist was it was done on executive floor. We stayed at the executive suite with our children staying at the executive room next door. Was shocked to find out that executive room is a world away from the executive suite. It's really small. I've been to much bigger basic superior rooms at other hotels. At the price we paid, it's a rip-off. Advantage of staying in suite rooms was you have access to executive floor lounge with free finger foods and drinks. Staff there, however, were not as 'suite'. I caught one senior staff-a woman-gave my 7yr old son a rude look for checking the food. Food choices were limited, not as plenty as the alcohol drinks. Breakfast buffet was ok, nothing extraordinary about it. The check out experience wasn't as smooth though. We checked out at the lobby reception and got overbilled for laundry and press that came free with the room. The laundry staff who didnt speak a word of english may not understand the benefits that came with the room and charged them. When i offered solution to transfer one laundry into my son's room, she argued with a face that the other room didnt come with free laundy when free vouchers were actually issued by the executive floors. We find the quality of hotel staff throughout our stay in Thailand to be rather disappointing. We like to think that for lack of english capacity. Pros: stay while it's new, Cons: dont set a high expectation. Verdict: worth checking out the older but established international chain like the Hyatt or Le Meridien.
