A very welcome oasis in the hustle a d bustle of Ba gkok. Excellent amenities, very comfortable room, and breakfast is first class with all the bases covered. Executuve lounge was a very welcome suprise. Wonderful and helpful staff. Would not hesitate to return.

I firstly booked room with balcony delightedly positioned over lotus lily ponds, very pretty, but then requested my upgrade to an executive room due to a plumbing issue in the whole balcony wing. I think hotels have had to pull back on expenses so a "room checker" (to followup for servicing i.e. cleanliness, infestations, damage, broken phones) has been discontinued, I hate having to point out issues as a guest. Staff however are great - do what they can if they know.

We loved this place! Everything is really beautiful. We used the executive lounge. The services at Happy Hour were quite satisfactory. There are many varieties for breakfast. We spent a long time at breakfast :) The employees are very attentive and help in every way. It is a very good place in terms of location. Metro station is close. We also used the pool. It was a very satisfying experience. Since we were staying in an executive room, we were given a lounge that we could use inside the airport. Due to the Songkran festival, we were given discount coupons that we could use at King Power. If we come again, this will definitely be our choice.

We stayed at Pullman King Power Bangkok for our first part of our thailand vacation! It was absolutely great, the service was incredible by all staff around the hotel always greeting us and making sure we were okay and looked after. We had to book another hotel through the Accor Group, and I would like to shoutout North who helped us above and beyond. He made sure to call the other hotel and get us look after!
