Having arrived from the UK that morning, we were very pleased that we could occupy our room soon after midday. Perfect room. Enjoyed a light dinner. No complaints, except why wifi is so expensive. Accor hotels in France provide complimentary internet access.

This hotel was just what we were looking for: very comfortable and close to the areas we wanted to be. The room was modern, comfortable and spacious for myself, my wife and my daughter. We enjoyed returning to our room after a day of activities. The swimming pool was very nice on those warm days but the breakfast was quite basic. Also, breakfast is only available until 9am which is a little short if you are on holidays.I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.View management response »

Only thing which was a disappointment was the shower pressure was poor and temperature kept changing. Other than that a top location and facility. Quality food and friendly staff. Recommend and would be excellent for business travel in area.View management response »

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely night at The hills Lodge. Reception staff were nice and friendly and served us quickly. Our restaurant meal was good, almost too much to eat. The room was tidy and clean, the bed was comfortable. There was a little traffic noise from Windsor Rd, but this was not obtrusive. We found all the staff good, especially the girls at breakfast who seemed rushed off their feet. Yes we would go there againView management response »

"Great for a business stay"

Stayed at The Hills recently for a business trip based in Kellyville.Found the place easy to locate, good service, lovely food, breakfast included and travel time easy for daily trips.The rooms appear to have been refurbished and the beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Always good to use the Accor discounts as well if a member.Would stay again.

If you enjoy quiet out of Sydney accommodation then you will enjoy staying here it is on the higher price scale and you really need a car as taxi's are very expensive, we stayed there due to New Years Eve prices in Sydney and we wanted to visit the Blue Mountains and the Hunter valley wine trials, however visiting Sydney was a good 45 minute drive. You have to pay for internet access, which was expensive, the restaurant was good as was room serves , well priced god food and selection.

The Hotel is excellent. Well run, very clean, attentive staff and ideally located if you are visiting or have business to do in the northern suburbs of Sydney. Heaps of onsite and undercover parking.Even though on a main road the rooms are at the back and quiet, except if you are near the courtyard or pool which can get noisy.Great restaraunt.

Large room with plenty of space, great interior and bath room. Comfortable bed. Nice surroudings and beautiful garden. Great services. Not in a good location if you want to go to Sydney CBD.Would come back.View management response »

The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent from the time we booked in to our departure. The staff were very attentive. The location of the hotel was ideal for our purposes for the weekend.

We were so impressed with The hills Lodge, from the time that I phoned to upgrade my booking the staff excelled with service. I even had a phone call from The Hills Lodge, the prior to our stay to ask if there were any further requests - so impressed. We would definately stay again.

The hotel itself is very good but the staff here are exceptional, particularly in the reception area. Nothing to too much trouble and they are always bright and helpful. Always have a hassle free time when staying here. Restaurant is also first class meaning you do not have to leave the hotel for anything.

A average hotel. Very poor hot water system had the hot water on full with no cold tap on barely hot not good in winter. Check out was painful incorrect over charged on some services thankfully I picked this up before paying and was admended. Parking was horrible total lack of parking this was due to a wedding reception no exculisve parking for hotel guests. Room Services was very expensive. Would not stay here again nor recommend to family and friends.View management response »
Management responseDear GuestWe do actually keep our undergorund parking dedicated for inhouse guests, but that too was already full - this is a very rare occurence and apologise it impacted your experience. In regards to the comments on hot water our plumber has now resolved this problem. We apologise for our short comings on this occasion.
