Ibis Amman is a nice business hotel. Ibis hotels are designed in same way all over and the location is also good near the busy area full of cafe and restaurants. It was a great stay, beds are too soft, breakfast is good and you are assured of world class quality. I appreciate.

"Ibis Amman"

I am regularly in Amman on business and normally stay at this hotel. The rooms are always clean and fresh and comfortable. The staff are always smart and friendly and my stay is always pleasant.On this visit I was unfortunate to be placed in a room with noisy neighbours and opposite the lift lobby and so my sleep pattern was disrupted. This was not the fault of the hotel but the lack of consideration of the patrons.

I am happy being in IBIS and will be there frequently. Location, facilities around, hotel cleanness ...etc. Services and greatings along with handling the proceadures were great, easy and fast. I would love to stay at IBIS every where I travel.

"Rather average"

A bit above average hotel for Amman (a place not supplied with good hotels at a sane price) that needs attention to service and cleanliness. The breakfast not worth JD10. The hotel is in a good location from which to reach places within Amman (short walk to two excellent Arabic restaurants ) and nearby tourist sites. Mall opposite has a good supermarket. Easy access to taxis, which are cheap in Amman, but watch their charging.

"Room needs cleaning and sheets need change"

Sheets had burnt cigaret holes and room smells smoke, pillows and sheets smells. I couldn't sleep. I guess the administration need to reconsider the quality factor. Service on counter is good but distracted and serve more than one customer at the same time. The rates are higher than the existing quality.

"Not a typical Ibis"

This Ibis is not a typical Ibis and is a notch above of the European ones. Good service and the restaurant is great value. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Our air conditioning wasn't working and the room was very hot. The hotel tried to remedy, but it made no difference. The public areas were clean and tidy. I would stay again as it was great value for what we paid. It's a long way from the city centre, but it is close to many of the shopping malls.

"Loosing its touch"

I think this hotel is loosing its touch . The bathroom iwas not as clean and new.as it used o be and the Internet is awful you can rate the Internet as zero connection and they didn't send me a plate and a glass of ice after 12 am they said I had to come down to the lobby Caffee to get then ,,,,thaks

"A nice place to stay"

I stayed at this hotel overnight, during Ramaddan. Staff are very courteous and most obliging. The room and bathroom were clean, adequate for short stay purposes and altogether good value for money. The shopping mall across the road proved handy both for groceries and souvenirs, as well as ensuring an abundance of local taxis.

"never judge a book by its cover"

the hotel itself is clean, tidy and affordable. however the rooms maybe small and thats not an issue if you plan to stay most your day enjoying the city. These basic rooms lack the bed comfort. especially after a long day in the city the beds fail to give you the comfort you long for. the service on the other hand is impeccable, the staff are truly devoted to serve you best they can.

"Nice hotel"

I've been there twice in 2010. Nice, small, and clean hotel with moderate room price. Food prices are relatively high.Only 50 meters from the hotel there's a small shopping mall called "Amman Mall" which has a bunch of dining places and cafes to make up for the hotel's higher prices.Although this might not really show on their faces, hotel staff are warm and polite. Bathrooms are tight, but super clean, and very suitable for a short stay.As far as I have seen, it's all self-service for luggage, so I never had to tip anybody so I can't give advice on how much a reasonable tip would be.

It was my first visit to Amman & chose IBIS, as its a known name. A Typical Business Hotel. Centrally Located but quiet. Rooms are Small but Good. Internet is Free. WIFI Or HOTEL. Food was good too... Coffee Maker & Steam Iron was missing ........... In all, a Very good value for Money Deal.

The Staff were generally very helpful and pleasant. I have stayed at many Ibis hotels around Europe and this hotel ranks amongst the best of them.I feel that perhaps the bar food menu should be larger.
