From the first time I stayed in Suite Novotel, it became the hotel of my choice when I am in Clermont-Ferrand. I never had any bad experiences with staying there.

This hotel is as pleasant as its staff is friendly and helpful (big up to Cedric and Thomas at the reception). The breakfast is full of choices (that will please Europeans and Americans alike) and always comes with a smile. Finally, our room was brand new, immaculate and fully functional for a family of 4. Many thanks!

The hotel is well located if you come for Michelin, as it is like 10 mins walking from Les Carmes and the tram stop is just in front. The rooms are big and very clean, the staff is great. However, the breakfast is not excellent. There is a good variety of cheese, some ham and eggs and some sweets. What is missing is fresh legumes and fruits. Also, maybe a machine to make your own orange juice would be great.

3 nights breakfast included, booked via email at a preferred company rate. Good. Friendly staff at the reception, nice discussions while ordering a beer parking on top : very convenient room above my expectation (size, equipment,...) Bed OK, despite memory foam mattress is not my preferred one not sure why but the toilet seat was not very comfortable to me... Breakfast OK
