"Horrible hotel do not stay here"

We checked in at 12:30 AM we were so tired from a 20 plane ride. The room is so out dated and frumpy it does not look like the pictures on the hotel web site. My bed linen had yellow stains on it looks like excrement and some some sticky stains which looked like body fluid. I politely called the front desk if I could have new sheets. They sent me one and I even helped to make the bed feeling sorry that I'm causing a fuss, I tipped the guy who change the linens. The front desk person however, was very curt and unfriendly. Then maybe to get even they called us at 4AM mind you we'd just got to bed at 1 AM. I called the next morning to ask why they set up a wake-up call that was not requested they denied that there was one. We were 2 people in the room and we were awakened.The tour package they offer in the hotel was for 5,000Baht, the travel agent next door only charged 1,100Baht for a whole day tour. Also, the web-site says that it is only a 5 minute walk to the Victory monument BTS station. It's more like 20 minutes away to walk there, and you have to go up the overpass bridge to cross. There are no good restaurants or banks near this hotel. The towels and sheets are so old they are grey and murky instead of white. The walls are so thin that you can hear the people in the next room. I stayed here for 2 nights, never,, never stay here. You will walk a lot to get somewhere or pay for taxi everywhere and be stuck in traffic.

Far from shop and convienien store. If stay here you should buy food or anythings that you need befor check in if not you might walk too far. It not far from shopping mall but you need to go by taxi not on foot. I'm not recommend you to get a bus even the bus stop is infront the hotel cause the traffic. Get a taxi to reach the bts or mrt is better.

"No bacon again !!!!"

Good enough hotel, service very good but rooms are dark and bed a bit hard. Second time i have stayed in this hotel in 3 months, a total off 11 days. Breakfast buffet is good but not enough room in restaurant area and no bacon for the 11 days i stayed ! asked the reason for no bacon and was told that "too many people from india stay at the hotel and they dont eat bacon" I have asked for a response from All Seasons Hotels regarding this, but still waiting

"Old Property"

"Worth Value for money"

This is my second stay at this hotel, although the location is not in the centre of Pratunam, but its still on walking distance. The breakfast was good but some of taxi driver have difficulties to find this hotel.

"A good for value hotel."

The hotel is quite close to the city center and public transportation are easy to find.The service of the front office really really good. They tried to answer all our questions and give suggestions on where to get what, in terms of food and places to eat.The one service that was very good to us, the messages (from our tour vendor) they took and immediately under our door. So we were always adviced on what time the tour will going to pick up the next morning.., which is really to our benefit at that time.. (so we can manage our sleeping time at night)Despite the fact that we enjoyed the 50% discount Accor's program, this hotel is really good for value. Really recommended.

"Not expensive hotel"

Service Good, but room old. Location is good. Easy to travel. Price is low. Food is OK. Near shopping area. Many transportation near by. King Power is really close by. Room is not large. Breakfast is not much.

"Price=Value"

for the price, tradeoffs are far from BTS and old conventional television set.Rooms feel old n shower temperature is inconsistent. Makes showering painful.Service is top notch with smiles 24/7.Wifi in room was down during stay but wifi in lobby was working.

I have stayed in this hotel numerous times when in transit in Bangkok and I have always found it to be quiet, clean and comfortable. It is located nearby the airport - city line and is a short walk from the skytrain. The staff are always friendly, and despite being busy are always helpful and attentive. It is also incredibly good value considering the standard of the room and the hotel in general. I don't generally write reviews for hotels, but this one has been so consistently good I feel the need to let others know.

Good clean rooms, good food and choice. Carpets need some change. bathroom lighting should be improved. Light should be on top of the mirror so that one's shadow does not fall. Some staff training is required to improve English, but they were very helpful.

"Good Value Budget Hotel"

Five star for value for money with breakfast and internet included. Be aware and observe warnings of outside taxis, hotel has no control of them and they aim to overcharge guests. Not a long walk to BBTS sky train but invloves crossing a very busy road. All staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel looking a bit tired and could do with a fresh coat of paint. Clearly a revamped Ibis hotel. Ideal for a cheap stopover in bangkok.

"Good location for semi budget traveler."

Good price, because i got 50% discount for becoming an A+ member.Great location, near BTS station Victory Monument and Airport Railway Ratchaprarop station, plenty of buses too.Clean rooms and quite spacious, but the water heater is not working properly, both in my room and my cousin's room.Free breakfast but the taste is so so.

"Never again at this hotel."

Stayed at this hotel and had few bad experience. Lift was not working (only one operated for sometime), hallway inside hotel building was boiling, breakfast foods was like dinner menus. Not very handy to shopping area as very quite at night. I was shocked when a reception staff knocked my door at around 10pm (our last night) to tell my partner that he has finished work and ready for...??? Not recommend to couple as staff may approach guests for additional service?
