"Staff friendly and helpful"

We like the Nadi Novotel. Shuttle bus service was good. Chef prepared good omlettes for breakfast. Superior room was comfortable with pleasant view onto the golf course

"Novotel Nadi not Getting any better"

Compared to its sister property in Suva this property does not live up to the novotel brand. room quality is average, they always smell mouldy as i dont think the air conditioning untis get cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis, The renovation that was done around the anem change from the maccambo was not done very well and rooms are poorly lit and TV selection is non existant in this day and age of Sattelite subscriptions.Internet costs are obsured for what you get, yet the costs at the Suva Novotel are great.it has been 2 years since i last stayed here as a stop over hotel and it hasnt got any better i wont be giving it a 3rd time.

Room was a bit on the small side have problems finding room to fit the whole family in 2 adults & 3 kids aged 11, 9, 9 yes twins, we didnt choose to have 3 kids and where blessed with twins why should we have to pay extra for another room because of this and we would not put kids in separatae room any way,

"Lets Down Novotel Name"

This hotel was less than I expected from a Novotel. The rooms are quite old and seem to have been cosmetically renovated and patched but really a lot of repair is required. There were no in-house movies and little variety in TV channels which made our stay in rainy weather difficult. The reception area, restaurant and shops were all great but the rooms and in-room facilities I would equate more to a motel, not a Novotel hotel.

"Good service"

We arrived at Nadi airport early in the morning and staff had kindly arranged the pickup to the hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. The room is out-of-date, particularly the bathroom. The staff is friendly. My friend stayed next to our room and every time when he wanted to get in the room, he had to called the staff and they came immediately for help. Just don't know why the same issue will happen again next time. We didn't had this problem.

"Nadi experience"

The Novotel is close to the airport (far enough away that you can't here any noise), and although it has a free shuttle, taxi's only cost $5 per car. There is a NewWorld across the road for last minute shopping and also a bus stop for a ride into Nadi town for those that like to experience the local culture. Our boys enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was good value.

"Not 4 Star and Items Stolen"

We stayed for 7 nights. This is advertised as a 4 star hotel. Based on our experience, we would not class it more than 3 star. Based on the tired facilities, it is over priced. There are better accommodation available in Fiji for much lower rates. The guest towels which should be white are now brown and definitely in need of change. The rooms need a spruce up. We did not use the restaurant but it was over priced. There is a supermarket in walking distance and a number of nice restaurants etc in close vicinity so best to look around first before using the restaurant. The staff are genuinely very helpful. The bus driver (Rai) was great and very helpful. Reception did not always have pool towels available and staff did not deliver to the pool when requested.We put our wet swimwear out to dry in the private balcony. One item was stolen overnight and all guests should ensure that take everything inside.

It is unfortunate that this matter wasn't reported as we have standard operating procedures which we follow for any alleged theft in an effort to recover the lost item. Our guest safety and security is of paramount importance. I have checked with my lost & found department in housekeeping, there is nothing as such handed in. "Not a nice place to stay"

I booked the Novotel Nadi online through Accor which said it was a 4-star recently refurbished hotel. The room we booked was the Superior Family room.The service was bad, not at all like what was experienced in other parts of Fiji. The room would be flat out being 2 star - let alone four and the bathroom had definitely not been refurbished in many many years, or the floor tiles throughout.The website stated that there was one queen size bed - don't be fooled - double sized beds are called queen sized here.The toiled got sprayed with water when you showered.The TV reception was poor and the TV although quite modern was quite small.There is no mini bar, tissues or face cloths/washers in the room.Thankfully we only stayed for one night - we couldn't wait to leave.Only stay here is you are looking for something really budget.

All our superior rooms have queen size bed, have separate shower area away from the toilet as oppose to only bath. We do have mini bar fridges in all rooms and we do set up mini bar upon guests requests. Nice and close to Airport, perfect for short stay. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly.Good idea having Bunks in family rooms, at least Teenagers didnt have to share a bed.Shopping within the Hotel was good, prices were alot cheaper than Larger Resort Hotels. A tip, buy up on essentials before leaving. Resort clothing was also well priced, especially Bathers. Also had a local Handcraft stall set up all day, whcih was good for buying earrings, necklaces, Hats, Bags etc. Hotel had well equipped Gym, which was not busy at anytime of the day. Pool area was nice with Hammocks. Poolside Bar was available with snacks, which meant you didnt have to move. Staff always were friendly and happy to help with any request, even remembered what drink you had ordered night before and would you like the same. Overall a great shortstay Hotel.
"Honeymoon"

The Novotel Nadi was very convenient to the airport to continue with our travel plans. However the fans were noisy and the television reception was poor. On our final night we were given a room very close to a Private Function and we had trouble getting to sleep.

"Excellent Value"

Great accomodation close to airport. We have stayed here numerous times and the Novotel always gives us a good experience at a very affordable tariff. Room was spacious and clean. Excellent meals and value at the restaurant. Staff very friendly and obliging. We had an early flight back to Brisbane and was pleased to be so close to the airport. Whilst I didn`t need it the have a free shuttle service to and from airport
