"Excellent airport hotel"

Second time that I stay in this hotel during my stay in Guangzhou. I wanted to extend my stay for one night, this simple request costed me a lot of time as apparently nobody at the reception desk could forfill this request. I had to call and book through accor reservation desk in China to obtain that extra night.I also do not understand why in each restaurant or bar they have different prices for the same drink (local beer). Also the choice of western food is poor.

the hotel is just 2 minutes walk to the departure terminal and rooms are excellent. front desk/reception lady spoke good english and was very friendly/courteous

best location, 2 min walk from hotel to terminal, nice room, serivce is good, late check out service, big room and nice view, walk distance from airport , but not noisy, I will choosing this hotel for sure if tranfer flight in guanghzou

Checked in with my wife to find that they had no king size bed rooms available and they gave me a twin bedroom instead, but compensated with free breakfast and executive floor upgrade. Still I think if I book a kind size bed that is what I should have received.They pick you up from the airport which is a very nice touch. Makes the entire check in process so much easier.Otherwise very good experience, and will certainly stay here again on my next trip. Hopefully I will get the type of room I book.

"Most convenient hotel to Airport in Guangzhou ."

Dinner in chinese restaurant fantastic.Breakfast great.Position to airport really good. Have stayed before and booked for two weeks time. Catching a morning flight is the best best place to stay in Guangzhou .

"Beautiful building fill with crap"

5 star hotel facilities but staff doesn't belong in it. Took forever to check-in but everything we asked for had confirmed drew a blank look from the check-in staff. We specified a non-smoking room but our room had an ashtray and hotel matches. Eventually we got a non-smoking room. When you pay a stiff premium for international 5 star hotel over the local 5 star hotels (in China), you have a reasonable expectation that you can hold the hotel to a higher standard. Pullman management and its staff appears confused about what that means. The Pullman talks the talk but doesn’t have a clue about the walk.

"Swimming pool"

Disappointed that the swimming pool is not heated. The gym opens too late and close too early. If possible 24 hours or at least open at 5 am and close at midnight! As business trip we need depart very early and return very late back to hotel.

"Fantastic service"

Stayed there for a night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very convenient if have to catch early flight at the airport. However getting to city is a long way but bus and metro services available at the airport. Staff's understanding of English still need further improvement but they really try to please.

"Feels just like home"

I travel a bit, I stayed in over 20 different hotels per year. I have stayed here twice. To really be picky, bath tub uses a temperature dial, which looks cool, but water wasn't warm enough. The air conditioning cooling mode doesn't seems to function. I guess it is because it's winter, and with centralised system, room can't have indipendent cooling mode. Unfortunately coming from the cooler weather of Sydney, it is a bit warm to be in 25-26 degree. But I am happy to bare that, because everything else is GREAT! A plate of fruit was prepared for me in the room with some huge grapes, pear and apple, even 2 coconut tarts. Forgot to mention, there is a 25 meter heated pool, a good swim before checking in instead of all the rushs and stress it makes a lot of difference for the trip.

Be careful when you check out and going to the airport,somebody near the hotel before the airport, pretending hotel service man and take you to the airport .Later asking money.

"A good hotel in great position for travellers"

If you have the need to spend even one night close to Guangzhou airport, you should go for the Pullman Guangzhou Airport.At walk distance from the Departure Terminal, joint the perfect position to a good quality of the rooms and an interesting level of it's restaurants.My room at the executive floor, was clean and pretty. The bed has a great mattress as well as "memory" pillow.The best place to rest after a long trip or between two trips, as happened to me.

I recommend to book the room with breakfast as all foods are quite good by compare with other hotle in China mainland.It is very good for the traveller who has got early in the morning, which you take around 3 to 5 minutes by walk to reach the Guangzhou Baiyun airport.

Convenient location moderately priced friendly service and comfortable rooms.The staff in the club lounge very efficient and obliging.The a la carte menu could be looked at for a little more variety however the Buffet was well presented and would cater to most appetites.Hotels like this take the heat out of regular China travel

I have stayed at this Pullman multiple times and had great experience every time. This hotel is located at the Guangzhou Airport with a short walk from the Arrival Hall. The staff is thoroughly trained to please the customer like I like to treat my customers. There are ample choices for food and by holding my business meetings at the hotel I avoid fighting the horrible Guangzhou traffic.

"Great for transfer travelers"

This is an excellent hotel for travelers staying overnight transfering to next flight. Just one thing to be aware. Arriving at the room we had a letter from the hotel manager saying we can have one person dining free if dine with at least one other guest because I am a A plus member. However after dining at the Tepanyaki Japanese restaurant we were told we had to pay full price because it was specialised restauraut (I must say the food is excellent). I would suggest the manager to have a note on his letter so the guests know the difference in advance.

"Cleaness and Food Safe"

Cleaness and Food Safe inside the hotel with professionessim services easy location to INT terminal and Metro Rail station to every where of the City.Even I don't have more than 200 words to say those features again and again but theis hotel is recommended for business and family to stay on .....!
