"Excellent place to stay"

I found the hotel to be comfortable and spacious. I also found it very convenient to the airport. The service I received was excellent. The service was prompt, the rooms were clean, and had plenty of space. I was more than happy with the amenties provided.

"Good Hotel for Night Stopover at Guangzhou"

Stayed for a night at Guangzhou Pullman, though Hotel informed me they dont have twin beds room, but they said they upgraded me to a superior room for need of twin bed at no cost.The room was last one in alley, had very poor Wifi Signals.The room and hotel was good, The forex conversion was fair, except for the difficulty in explaining the tech staff in night that Air was not cooling to set temperature. Had to sleep without quilts on.The greatest plus point being at Airport, just walkable.The biggest minus being not easy to understand English staff at night, and may be not sure about Airconditioning policy or the Air was faulty to not cool the room beyond 26 degrees. Though It was cooler outside (airline announced temp of 18 degrees) , may be some heating system was running somewhere, in room was not below 26.The rooms were quiet no disturbance of airport at all

"Airport Comfort"

The Pullman is a great place to stay if you are arriving to Guangzhou at a late hour. They will send someone to meet you at arrivals to assist with getting you and your luggage to the hotel. It is only a 5 minute walk from the arrivals area, but having the help makes navigating the airport much easier. The hotel is clean and most Westerners should find it suitable.

"Nice stay at Pullman"

very nice facility. virtually inside the terminal and easy access to downtown from Metro station in the terminal. nice little restaurant hidden beneath the walkway over to terminal for those who insist on eating outside the hotel

I really like this hotel. Great location at the airport and easy to get to the trade shows with the shuttle bus and then you come back to a peaceful and beautiful environment. The food is good and the rooms very comfortable.

Great value for money, quality accommodation, providing rooms that are well furnished and appointed with the added convenience of the location at the airport for the smart traveller. Their efficient staff are on hand at all times to handle any request.

"Couldn't fault anything"

After a 14 hour flight we were met at the airport by a courteous and friendly gentleman who escorted us 5 minutes to hotel. Although 7am we were given an upgrade and checked in immediately. The room was immaculate and although overlooking the airport there was not a sound. The city is some distance but taxis are cheap and the airport has a range of eating/ shopping facilities. They are more costly than downtown but fine for a stopover. We returned to the hotel a few days later for a 'half day room' before flying out. Again we received every attention including a tray of fresh fruit along with all the facilities of an overnight stay.All the hotel staff were friendly and speaking English was not a problem.

"Nice hotel in Guangzhou"

This hotel provided a very good services, especially the front desk staff. Helpful & efficiency.My room is clean & comfort. The decoration are simple & modernistic. Hotel location next to the airport, It's a convenience to someone who needs to stop-over or transfer airlines. It should take 40 minutes to down town by car.

"Transit a step away from the airport"

I stayed at the hotel because I had a 15 hour wait between flight with my children. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom and friendly staff who speak English well. NOTE: You need to organise a visa before leaving your home country in order to leave the airport and go across the road to the hotel. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you

"Nice transit back to Singapore"

The Welcome Manager at the hotel welcome us when we arrived and has facilitated all the process for our check in and had guided us to our room. Great job!The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of choice, from local to international.

I stayed here for 4 days on business. I chose this hotel for its walking distance to the airport. There is a flight check-in machine at the lobby, which would be great if it worked with passports other than Chinese IDs. My room was clean, sheets smelled fresh, mattress was comfy... I requested wifi in the room, and they brought a wireless router that was working flawlessly the entire time. My room was equipped with an old CRT TV, which was kinda odd. I booked my room with a prepay rate, and was told i could update to a room with an LCD TV with extra $60 (for a TV, no thank you). I kept going back to the Chinese restaurant on the second level for its daily soup. It was awesome.

"Great For Late Flight Arrival"

My sister and I arrived from Huangshan to Guangzhou at 2am due to flight delay. Luckily, we booked this hotel which is located just next to the Airport. The Hotel had arranged for someone to pick us up. When we had nearly two hours of flight delay, we were not sure if someone still be there waiting. But upon stepping out of the arrival gate, there was someone with a big smiling face welcomed our arrival and accompanied us to the hotel for check in.The breakfast buffet was simple but of excellent quality. The room is very clean and quite.

"Good for people transit"

At the airport, free shuttle cart from terminals. Wont hear any airplane noise, service up to A club standards. Recommand for anyone travelling and need a good rest and sleep....

"Easy way for the airport"

The hotel is very close to the airport, and this is very confrtable for have a pause between the one fly and the other, the room is good, and the spa is great and is also nice swim in the pool and wacth the airplanes take off.
