I had a day stay during my business trip to HongKong. I love the nice hospitality offered by the hotel. The staff was very helpful. The hotel had a shuttle to the Hong Kong International Airport, and also the shuttle to the Global Source Fair in Asia-World Expo. The hotel is walking distance, 10 minutes away from the MTR Station as well. I love it and for sure will come back to Novotel Citygate if given the opportunities. Thank you.

This is the second time I stay with this hotel. Customer service is great, and the manager and staff were so attentive to our needs and provided all the services and extra facilities that we needed for a long stay. It has been an enjoyable experience, and the hotel will be our first choice when we come again.

Proximity to the airport is 15-20mins away. Walking distance to the subway and bus station. Breakfast lacks variety as the same dishes were served for the whole duration of our 4-day stay. Lounge operating hours are shorter than Sofitel and Fairmont's, and they don't serve breakfast in the lounge, but it is comfy and has a great view.

Our recent stay at Novotel proved mostly convenient given its strategic location 15-20 minutes from the airport—ideal for our itinerary, which included trips to Disneyland and Macau. Despite our delayed arrival at 11:55 PM and missing the last shuttle which stopped at 11:40 PM, the 10-minute Uber ride from the airport was swift. As an Accor Diamond Member, we were accommodated on the 21st floor, one of the premier floors. The Standard King Bedroom felt spacious with a refreshing river, highway, and airport view. Notably, the room was surprisingly quiet despite its proximity to the road. However, international travelers should note the need for a Hong Kong power adapter. The lounge offerings were modest, with operational hours from 10 AM to 7:30 PM, shorter than those at Sofitel and Fairmont. The selection included sandwiches, salads, ice cream, fruits, and various drinks. While breakfast variety was lacking—offering the same dishes each day—the room itself, the hotel's direct connection to Citygate Mall, and proximity to transport links made up for these minor drawbacks. In summary, our stay at Novotel was positive, making it a likely choice for future visits, especially due to its location and the benefits of Accor membership.
