"Not the cheapest but still ok value"

Service was excellent as in almost all thai hotels. The staff always smiles at you and reacts very quickly if needed. For example some bottles fell down from the fridge and there was a mess on the floor with sharp glass. I called the lobby for cleaning and in one minute the cleaning lady was at top floor knocking on my door. The rooms are big enough and very comfortable. Nothing to complain about them or the service. Only weird thing was the restaurant above the lobby. The restaurant and service were ok, but the food...just weird.

Service was good. It take about 8 mins from Nana station to hotel by walk. Has free Do Do service to deliver from hotel to Nana station,but some drivers will ask money to you. Not a good behavior but I still gave him some money. Has 2 hours free Wi-Fi a day.

Great location, fabulous staff, polite and helpful. Meals top quality, bar staff as good as you will get anywhere. Not the most modern, but does not need to be, it has everything for a comfortable stay.

The room and bathroom are clean, big and comfortable. The location is good and near to all the restaurant. The hotel need to add more sports channels like ESPN, Star Sports etc and I missed most of the BPL and La Liga soccers.

Hotel as general is very good. Chic and modern.Everything is almost perfect for hotel in 3-star class, but the ac should be replaced. They are using a blower AC with a blower sound bothering my sleep most of time.I have to turn off my ac at nite to be able to get a good nite sleep.In term of location, if u know to navigate BKK with motocycle taxi u are good to be.

main problem with this hotel air conditioning was incredibly noisy & way to cold in hotel as it was set @ 16 degree therefor all 3 of us got sick due to extreme heat outside hotel & extreme cold in hotel. should be set @ 22 - 24 degree which is a comfortable temp but when i suggested that to reception staff they said they prefer it cold !!! . wear a jumper when u go for breakfast or enter the foyer lobby.

I live in Thailand and my favourite place in Bangkok is soi 11, Soi 11 has the best clubs and restaurants. The hotel had all the trimmings, large enough room, great bed, swimming pool a little bit to much chlorine, but ok, The food and the service were absolutely fantastic! Awesome buffet lunch and very cheap at 199 baht plus tax 17%. What really stood out for me was the quality of service which I'm not used to in this city. Very well trained staff- trained by a foreigner no doubt. Highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed here for four nights. The room was very clean and well maintained. Hot water supply was very poor. Entrance to the 7th floor rooms a little ratty because of the water moisture from the nearby indoor pool. Very cheerful staff. Highly recommend it. A 10-12 min. walk from the Nana BTS station. Good foot massage parlour less than 50m away. Easy to get around from here. Nothing sleazy at all. Will definitely use this hotel again. Only glitch to me was the hot water supply. Oh yes! The pool is indoor therefore making it bloody cold. Ha! Nice gym too. Excellent for a quick getaway.

The service and amenties are not up to expectation of an Accor hotel. Firstly, the hotel provided only 2 hours of internet access regardless of the number of night stay. You stay 1 night, you will get 2 hours of internet access. You stay 3 nights, you still get 2 hours of internet access. In this digital age, 2 hours for a 3 nights stay is really ridiculous. Tea and coffee were not replendish. They forget to provide bath towel after they clean the room. The water swimming pool was a bit dirty. The floor of the gym was wet, presumably from the people who came out of the swimming pool. The noise from their pub, Nest, was quite loud and affect our sleep. Had stayed in a few Accor hotels and was disappointed this time round.

this hotel located next to few clubs... the latest loft, bed supper club and Q-bar..restaurant and stalls available but tourist price (slightly more expensive), nearby 7-11 staffs is total failure.. very unfriendly.hotel staffs was friendly enough to ask us to wait and carry a necklace down to lobby for us after we checked out.room is clean but a bit aged. distance to BTS is not near but not far either, but the moment after shopping i suggest you to take taxi because no pickup service from BTS back to hotel.

Reserved the dump for my Office Manager. Paid on-line. Manager arrives to the toilet-smelling hotel - no reservation - has to pay cash. Stays one night. Hotel says no reservation received. Will have to see on card. If anyone knows of a better card than Accord, let me know. Second time Manager has been unhappy with an Accor "hotel".

More than 10 times in Bangkok for both business and weekends, Le Fenix is my home : clean room, easy going, nice staff, nice rooth top, gym ok, good and free wifi connection to work,great location, defintely the best quality / price compromise !Only points to improve : the swimming pool is average (temperature, cleanliness), noisy sometimes, but in this case don't go in Sukhumvit area !

Le Fenix provides good & cheap price to stay 3 nights with average quality of room and service is not that bad. The only issue is the design of the bathroom: Combined with the shower space often leads to the flooding on the whole floor in the bathroom, which made me feel uncomfortable. Besides that, everything is good to stay there again.

Everything at this quiet hotel was clean and well managed. They have a great bar on the roof, and despite my room being on the same level, I didn't hear a thing. My only feedback would be to install some better light blocking drapes, but I'm a light sleeper.

If its somewhere to stay in Bangkok, its Sukhumvit Soi 11. You find this hotel in the end of the Soi next to two of the best clubs in Bangkok. Q-Bar and Bed Supperclub. On the rooftop of the hotel you find the trendy rooftopbar; Nest.The rooms are nice and the hotel looks good.

I have been staying in Lefenix for the all last 3 visits of mine. The location is fantastic. You are in the most happening street Sukumvit SOY 11 where we have all the pubs, hotels and massage parlours. The rooms are very clean, the staff are very friendly and best of all it is very good value fro Money.
