WORST HOTEL EVER

Paulo Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

I'll briefly describe the following problems: 1- Check in - No one at the counter. We had to wait 10 minutes 2- Room - Dirty with food waste all over the floor; 3- "Fitness room" - If you can call it that. Only one treadmill and hardly any equipment. Dirty and obsolete place; 4- Breakfast - Birds in the room and literally pecking at the food. Untrained staff with a sloppy attitude; 5- Transfer - We asked reception for a transfer from Marrakech to Casablanca and received no reply until we checked out.

Friendly staff but not flexible, we wanted to change a booking that was done by mistake on the following date and they didn’t even try anything to help us. “You have paid I am sorry I can’t do anything”

OK for one night

The room was okay for one night. Rather old than glamour. I think the hotel needs a renovation and time to change the furniture. The staffs were friendly and helpful. There was an issue with breakfast. We wanted to take it away, but the security brought the breakfast at 3 am to the room.

Absolutely Filthy

Absolutely awful and must be avoided at all costs. The service was so poor, the hotel is outdated and needs and revamp. The towels need replacing as they are in a bad way. In the first night they could not find our booking and accommodated us in a ground floor dingy room with filthy carpets. I was adamant it was the staff quarters. The third bed was not made up despite asking the several times. In the end we made the bed ourselves. The following day they moved us to the 4th floor however no apologies and claimed it was the agents fault. Even then they gave us a city view and not the poolside with balcony. The hotel does not live up to a 4* international chain of hotels. It’s pretty embarrassing. They have the sister hotel Sofitel across the road which looks far more appealing.
