"Relaxing experience"

I must admit our stay was only one night as we were in Bunbury for a family visit. Unexpectidly we ended up with a 2 1/2 year old for the afternoon / evening from our check in time at 1.30pm until that evening at 9pm. What a surprise that staff were so completely accepting of that fact. We had lunch and our dinner in Vittorias Resturant and staff were excellent. They actually took the time to speak to our granddaughter vs. the usual ignore that you expect when taking a toddler to a restaurant. Our grandaughter is mature for her age as she is used to travel and strangers. When she finished her meal she was content to sit and sing quietly to herself and the staff even commented to her that it was lovely singing.Now the food - to start the service from the competent staff was very good and they were able to clearly answer questions about the menu. I enjoy my food and this experience was absoutelyl fantastic - the presentation was great but the best part was the taste - everything we tried from the steakburger and tandoori wrap at lunch to the pork & paella at dinner was melt in the mouth terrific. The childs serve of spaghetti bolognase was huge and fed both the toddler and her 9 month old sister who had joined us with their mother (our daughter). Again staff were not fazed at having a baby in a highchair at the table.Dessert - what can I say - initially wary of the cold crepes it turned out to be a mouth watering ,excellent end to a great taste experience. The Chefs cheesecake - what can you say exept thats what cheesecake should taste like. It was a shame we were only there for one night, the room was well presented, clean and tidy; we had the location we requested away from the pool area ( which is excellently maintained and a pleasure to use). Bed was comfortable and the aircon easily adjusted to suit. The patio area overlooking the golf course was a terrifc spot to watch the sun go down. Yes I will go there again, it was a relaxing day and evening even with an unexpected toddler in attendance.

"Family stopover"

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool and the apartment was ideal for our needs. The only slight downside was poor soundproofing between the apartments, you could clearly hear the people next door, and they weren't being especially noisy.

"Nice place to stay"

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. It was good, comfortable and met our needs. You would need a car as it is out of town far enough that public transport would be impossilbe. Nice location overlooking the golf course. Need to stay a few nights to use the pool and appreciate the location to feel like you got value for money. Continental breakfast was great and was included in the cost.

Your suggestion that a car is necessary is very true for any guests that would like to venture beyond the Resort's facilities. Many of our guests spend their whole stay at the resort utilising the golf course, tennis court, swimming pool and on site restaurant but as our property is located 5 km north of the centre of Bunbury and public transport is very limited in this whole region a car is needed to venture further afield. "Great room, great pool and very relaxing"

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort over the NYE break. Rooms were clean, staff friendly and restaurant had excellent choice of meals. Relaxed by the pool, enjoyed hitting a bucket of golf balls on the driving range and attended the NYE event held at the resort. Would definitely stay again.

"Outstanding"

We stayed for 4 days (spending Xmas with family near by). The location was fantastic, the facilities spot on and the staff here were a stand out. I travel a lot and this place was up there with the best i have experienced.

"If only!"

This is our second stay at this hotel and it could be rated easily as 'very good' to 'excellent' if only:1.) The rooms had some water saving plumbing appliances such as mixer taps, after all it is the year 2012.2.) One day during our stay at this hotel, the weather was so abysmal - rain and stormy winds - you would not send a dog outdoors. The hotel, its location a fair way outside Bunbury, was not able to accommodate their own guests for dinner. So instead of a nice and cosy evening in the restaurant we had to drive all the way to the Bunbury city center for dinner.3.) We have stayed in ACCOR hotels for more than 50 nights during the last 24 months and NEVER had to pay the full amount for the accommodation before being given the key to our room. While booking via the ACCOR hotels site, one has to provide ones credit card details to secure the reservation but this is not good enough for All Seasons Sanctuary Golf Resort. There is a real lack of trust toward the clients.As we stated before: if only!

the airconditioner needs attention it was very noisy and extremeley dirty also we couldnt oprn the sliding door leading to the outside area table and chairs to the golfcourse areaotherwise gerally OK..

"Would Like to Have Stayed Longer"

Although ours was only an overnight stay we received good service from the staff who were very considerate of our jet-lagged state. The room was well appointed, comfortable and quiet and opened out onto the pool area - great for cooling off in the warm weather. The restaurant was A1 - good menu options, well presented tasty meals and good sized servings. Enjoyed the experience.

My husband and I stayed only 1 night on a business trip, and as an AClub/Advantage Plus member, we received excellent value. We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment which is very spacious and comfortable. Continental Breakfast and free Internet in room were included. Breakfast offered good variety (yummy pastries) and was exactly what we needed, but you could upgrade (from $12 I think) for a fresh cooked breakfast. We also enjoyed a great dinner at the onsite Vittorias Restaurant with generous portions, reasonably priced wines and friendly attentive service. We will definitely come and stay again.
