MANAZEL AL AIN MERCURE:Enter Makkah on Um Al Qura St, then take the King Abdel Aziz Tunnel. Take the second right after the tunnel. When you reach Azizia (North Azizia), take the third left. Make a U turn and turn in to the first road on the right. Continue straight ahead. Turn left and then right.
