118 euro per weeknight is kind of high, but with the lodgings crunch every time the Parliament is in session, it's definitely worth considering. Free internet, a comfortable bed, a good breakfast selection, outside the center but easy to access (tram), clean and serviceable rooms with good soundproofing, and both with its own restaurant and some other possibilities nearby. The only drawback: if you have to leave Strasbourg early in the morning (before tram service starts) you'll need a taxi. Easy connection to Kehl/Offenburg via the Stade de la Meinau station (2 tram stops away).
