well located in the Joliette commercial area of town, completely new neighborhood plenty of shopping and seightseeing opportunities

very welcoming, helpful since the acceptance of my first contact for booking which happened by phone. An incredibly easy and smooth check-in, a clean and convenient comfortable room with intact sheets and very clean sanitized bathroom, finished by a competent and thorough check-out managed by the receptionist who sent me the invoice by email. A very successful training for the staff who are excellent at putting the knowledge to use: well done!

Good location, close to the subway, and convenient for seeing the sights of fabulous Marseille. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Rooms small, but clean and perfectly adequate, though rather cheerlessly furnished and decorated. The long corridors, with their low ceilings are very „claustrophobic“.
