"Exactly what I was looking for"

Great hotel, perfect for travelers wanting to be close to the airport. Excellent value for money and great selection of restaurants to choose from.
"check fine prints on internet - always make copies when checking in"
21st May 2012, manila
This is a good hotel airport. Great pool. Relaxing for next flight out. What I did not like is that they told us internet was not inclusive of the room. When i showed them the printout then the manager kept quiet, initially they were arguing and saying this was not the case. We booked a total of 6 rooms and I found out later that they only gave my room free internet and did not give free internet to the other rooms. Even if one room called to asked for internet, my friend ended up paying for internet. This is not very honest.

Quiet, clean, good service from airport. Room a bit pricey. Shouldn't have to pay for WiFi. Food very good.
"The Perfect Place to Layover at Bangkok Airport"
9th May 2012, Waynee166, Brisbane, Australia
So close to the Airport (you could walk we were told) but there is a constant shuttle bus available 24 hours. Good you could book and stay 24 hours from your time of check-in. No in by...etc and out by....Great Thai hospitality. Made extremely welcome. Room was fantastic for price. Well recommended of course.
"Value for money and great location"
9th May 2012, Paul_from_Surrey_BC, Surrey, British Columbia, Canada
A very good 4 star hotel overall. It is extremely convenient for travellers like us who needed a place to stay overnight in Bangkok before catching our flight early in the morning. For its conveninece and quality, the hotel is not overpriced and if you book during their promotion (like we did), you may even get a bargain.I always enjoy their buffets - great selection and very reasonable prices (650 for lunch and 900 for diner).
"Perfect stay"

Got an early bird special offer and booked a room on the VIP-floor. I will return to this hotel the next time I need to stay close to the airport. In short, an excellent hotel.

"Day Stay"
30th April 2012, AvivaTelAviv, Tel Aviv
I had a long stopover in Bangkok and decided to take a hotel room for the day. I sat by the pool and had lunch and used the spa facilities which I found all very enjoyable. The room itself was nice but I did not really use it except to shower.
"NOT Value for Money"
30th April 2012, Kuala Lumpur
Room was generally ok but not 4/5 star. No free WIFI. Food at the Square was not Hotel Standard. NOT value for money.
"Very convenient but over priced"

We have just completed our honeymoon and used the Novotel after an international trip from Australia before moving onto Phuket the next morning. It was very convenient. A shuttle bus picks you up from the airport. This is very well sign posted! Check-in was quick, confirmation of your shuttle back for the next day etc. Room was quite large and overlooked the pool which was beautiful. Our only complaint about the hotel was the ability to hear 'wake-up' calls or any normal phone conversations in the adjacent rooms. In building the hotel money was obviously saved in not making the walls much thicker. For a 24 hour airport hotel the constant wake up calls surrounding you will drive you nuts.
"With Ease"
27th April 2012, bobbybgood, Bridgend, United Kingdom
From getting off my flight to the hotel was done with ease. Head for arrivals level 2 at the airport and gate 4, here you will find the hotel shuttle desk, then 5 minutes later you are in the hotel. On entering the hotel you walk into a large airy atrium, fast check in then into the large room. Beds are large and comfy, modern bathroom, you may have inward facing room or looking out over a large garden. A very pleasant experience from start to finish. The staff are attentive and always there with a big smile and wai.

"No Good"
23rd April 2012, Dennis J
It is difficult to understand that Novotel with a French management want to give such a bad impression of their brand. We were given a dark , smelly room with windows to the lobby!!!!The furnitures clearly showed us that a lot of one night guest have stayed here. The food, a buffet, did not at all meet the standard of a 3 star hotel buffet in Thailand.I would rather stay in Bangkok and take the extra transport time.Dennis J
"Furnishing look old"

under expected about decoration. Furnishing look old period. Should renovate to be modern feeling. ABF is okay. Shutter service is excellent.
"Bangkok Airport Hotel"
21st April 2012, roystewartscott, Perth, Australia
One of the best airport hotels I've ever stayed in! The surroundings have been designed to suggest that one is far from the hustle and bustle of a major international airport and yet the hotel is within easy walking distance of the airport arrival and departure halls.
"Novotel Bangkok"

Very nice hotel and convenient to the airport. Small issue at check-in as the reservation said the room had a couch which is where I was expecting my teenage son to sleep. The room was described as having up to 2 adults and 2 children. At check-in we were told the room had either one King size bed or two twin beds--only enough for 2 adults to sleep. Once I showed my reservation they arranged to have roll away bed brought to the room and everything was fine after that. The hotel is not cheap, but the convenience to the airport makes it worth it.
"Best Hotel Ever!"

"the worst hotel in bangkok"
15th April 2012, yjwTelAviv_Israel, Tel Aviv, Israel
smoke smell all over the hotel, overpriced, horrible rooms. the restaurants are very expensive, we had to take the train to bangkok just to eat dinner. no possibility to redeem the breakfast, which we could not have since our flight was early, into dinner.the only good point was the service and the fact that they prepared a take away breakfast before the flight.
"Excellent location for an overnighter"
14th April 2012, Twomacs2, Brisbane
We used this hotel between flights and only stayed overnight. However in terms of proximity to the airport, you cannot beat the location. Not the cheapest place to stay, but certainly worth it in terms of time and convenienceTip: There is a subway directly to the hotel, but you need to go down to the basement (where the buses leave from) to find the entrance. It is not necessary to walk the entire length of the arrivals hall to the courtesy bus for the hotel, and then wait for it (it departs every 15 mins). You can walk to the hotel in a matter of minutes in the subway.
"What is service?"
13th April 2012, Tokyo
For us Japanese, quality of service exist in how they can give us heartful comfort during stay. When I arrived from airport, I could not find my suitcase for a long time but their behavior seemed as if it is not my business and I was asked to ask to the person who is in that part. I believe that services will be reputed in total, not in some special field or in appearance.
"AIRPORT HOTEL"
11th April 2012, Melbourne, Australia
We were blown away when we walked into this hotel. We would recommend this hotel to everyone. staff are very helpful and the restaurants are excellent, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and there is an excellent pick up and drop off service to and from the airport which is free. We would definately stay here again. CHRIS AND FRANK
