"Wonderful Service"

The hotel provides good service and good sercurity. There is no zebra crossing or traffic light when we cross to the convenient store opposite of he hotel. The security guard is kind enough to stop the cars and lead us the way back and forth.However, there is no jacuzzi for us to use which is quite disappointing.

"Great hotel to stay in Bandung"

I am a accor plus member and was recommended to stay by my friend . Great Hotel ! Quiet and clean . We were very please with the front office staff upon our arrival and they were very pleasant and courteous . Hotel management even upgrade our room from superior to executive room.! Buffet breakfast was sumptous and lots of choices.

- Novotel bandung, service, the best of all novotel which I have ever visited.- Superior room messages via the internet, I was surprised to be upgraded 2 levels, so the room can junior suite (because my orders are not available)- Staff called Galih very good and attentive to the guests, and all well, including the security and valet.

I had a connecting rooms. The rooms are quite big. The carpet looks old and dirty. I step on a wire or some kind of needle. Luckly it is only sting my foot a bit. The beds are too soft. It is not good for guest with back problem.

"Trusted Hotel! Thumbs Up!"

I checked-in to the room 302, and on 07-Apr-12, we rushed out for sighseeing. I forgot to close my safe, left the door wide open, exposed all valueables including passports, wallets with almost thousand of Singapore dollars & computer inside. I thought that things will be gone upon return to the room, since it was very wide open, easily seen, and it was my fault too. To our surprise, when we return, I found that the safe was left untouched! My compliment and credit to Novotel Manageent and staff for the honesty. :-)

"Pleasant stay at Novotel Bandung"

Arrived at the hotel and met with fast and great welcome and check-in processing since it was pre-paid. Room was clean and big but the attached room to ours was under renovation till past 10:30pm. Safety and noise. The toilet needs some upgrading as it looked old and faucets need replacing though the bidet was a good add-on.Friendly service personnels; front desk, housekeeping and concierge. BUT every time we ask for a taxi to go somewhere they will try get us to use the hotel van(at a higher price).Otherwise hotel is central and very comfortable.

"Good location"

The hotel is situated 5 mins from the airport and it is close to the Ci Walk factory outlets. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The beds are one of the most comfortable i have slept in and complimentary internet is available in the room via DSL plug-in. The rooms are spacious and clean. My only gripe with this hotel is the shower. Its has only a glass partition which does not cover the bath tub enough to prevent water from spilling all over the bathroom floor.Choice of food at the buffet breakfast is quite reasonable. I wouldn't mind staying there again if ever i return to Bandung.

"Standard Price for standard room"

I stayed at Hilton Hotel a day before, because of that i'd like to rate this hotel 3 out of 5. The quality of bed, furniture and cleanliness are just standard. It has no luxury and the size of room is just enough. The quality of service is good. There are plenty of better hotels to choose from, equals to the price.

thanks to miss> Lely receptionist who had been very helpfull to arrange the room with extra bed for my son, the bfast was great with a variant of choice even i am a vegetarian i can eat so many kind of menu, swimming pool was comfort eventhough is a liitle tiny but my son james 4 years really enjoy it. hope to come back n stay at Novotel Bandung again< Bravo

"Superb Hotel"

Superb Hotel with clean, large rooms, good location and fantastic breakfast. Only negative point was during check-in. Inefficient check in and some rooms were made available only after 2pm. Also a lot of confusion for extra beds booked earlier.

Nice place to stay. It 's close to Ciwalk shopping mall. Good views of Bandung can be seen from the room. Breakfast is excellent with both lcal and international food. The staff is friendly and helpful. When we visit Bandung next time, this hotel will be our first choice.

"Very normal rooms."

Went they for a stay of 5D4N with 3 children ages from 2-4yrs, hubby and my parents. Day 1. Stayed in their Executive rooms for a night. Very big rooms but simple design. Clean toilets and beds. The toilets have a full range of toiletries from shaver to body scrub. There is also a separate stand shower and a tub. Day2-5. Moved to a premier room, as there are some booking errors. And we felt that there is no need to pay for the extra $$. The premier rooms have the same comfort level as the executive rooms. Just diff in size of rooms and the toiletries. And Cleanness of the toilets. The walls of the toilets have moulds on them with yellowing tiles and the tubs are not being washed out properly. The kettle is also a major put off, as the inside are being stained. We have have to wash it out with a towel before we can boil water for our children's milk. The Square Cafe: So so food, friendly staffs who understand little English & slow service. The Spa: Tried and traditional Boreh massage for 1hr30min. It consist of traditional massage + ginger scrub. All in all the experience was not relaxing as the massage was not on the point. Hence it has not helped to relaxed my tensed muscles from looking after 3 children during the whole trip. On making the spa more unpleasant was the fact that they did not provide disposable undies for change and I have to wear my undies during the whole massage. It was stained with the ginger scrub and after repeated wash and smell was still very strong and had to throw it away.All in all, I would say the hotel is a OK hotel for traveling without young children.

This is the 2nd time I stayed in Novotel Bandung Hotel. As an A club platinum member, I am entitled for free upgrading to a Junior Suite Room. The room was spacious and comfortable as if you are at home.The staffs are also friendly, polite and helpful. The Hotel is located near the popular shopping mall Ci-Walk which is about 1km away.It is also nearby to the airport which is about 10 ~ 15 mins away by taxi.Good Hotel worth to stay in.

"First time in Bandung for my children"

Novotel Bandung is a very nice hotel by location and by crew hospitality. I found it very nice, especially it is located close to train station and most important thing is that it is located very close to "Mak Uneh" Sundanese restaurant which we found had very authentic yet delicious food. That doesn't mean that hotel food was not nice, but as an Indonesian, I prefer traditional food to international.One thing that disturb us was the sound of some renovation machine that we heard after midnight, just after we fell in to deep sleep. I hope and do believe that this hotel will finishes this renivation in the near future, so for our next trip to bandung, we will not find such disturbance again
