"Love the room.."

Stayed here for 1 night only after a very tiring day.The location is not very easy to find (especially if you are not from the local area, or with someone who is).Yet the room is very fantastic, love the bathroom, I had a very good night sleep...The live music in the evening at the restaurant downstairs is a great bonus..

the hotel quite simple, have a strategic location, nice service n when u feel the room is so cozy, simple color n always want to go back there n have a nice sleep. my husband's comment till now is novotel bandung is the simple good one...we all enjoy the hotel..

"needless over charged"

Don't bother with the premiere option for superior room type, it served you just as good as the regular one. Fruits and Chocolate only given once (upon 1st day of stay).The desk and the chair are wobbling, and the internet connection is lousy. If your planning on business trip and heavily interact with laptop during your stay in the room, as I did.....might wanna check different room/hotel.But the breakfast were great....!! except for the photo shoot blocking guests to get to the traditional food area.

"All you would expect from Novotel"

Overall it was a nice pleasant stay at the hotel - something that you would expect to get from Novotel brandname and service level. A liitle downside, though not that critical as Bandung is not really a big place to wonder about, is perhaps hotel location where are not many major stores, restaurants, attractions within walking distance.

"Disappoint for breakfast"

I can not spend my membership facility for breakfast voucher for 2 vouchers, just one.Did accor have t n c just one voucher for one day.I'm very disappoint for this.And check in time so long, cause room don't be ready yet when I arrived hotel at 14.

"Nice hotel"

good hotel, the best location, near downtown, no traffic jump, one way street. The hotel restaurant we find good meals and drinks. Delicious food in the restaurant. I will go to novotel bandung next time. Many good experiences we get if you stay in this hotel. The parking no difficult cause we get a valet parking. The valet parking no expensive. Only Rp. 10.000,00

"A truly wonderful Bandung experience"

From the minute I stepped down from the hotel transport, I was greeted with warm smiles and greetings and this continued this warmth and welcome continued with the rest of my stay at the hotel from the top managment to the ground staff.Breakfast was a wonderful experience of local delights and the highlight was the jamu concoction in the morning which I took for 3 mornings and my month long cough just disappeared after that! Marvellous....marvellous! A truly wonderful Bandung experience of great hospitality.
