"Didn't expect Ibis hotel to be that basic"

Reception staff friendly and helpfull with any information. Found bed uncomfortable too hard from what I am use too. Room clean but very basic.Airconditioning works fine. No free wifi internet in reception when across the road its free. Lift was out of order the last two days of my stay. :( bit of a strugle to carry siutecase down from third floor on the last day.

"What do u expect for 18 quid !!!!!!"

It's ok for one night if your just going go sleep and leave.I did not expect anymore than i got,if your going to areana this is next door....ideal... room was so so basic but clean,around window was in need of painting in fact the room could have done with a lick of paint... but as i said if its for one night, for 18 notes u cant complain.....

"What more do you need"

The staff as usual under the excellent guidance by Rachel are welcoming and helpful.Room is basic but everything works, and its clean.it is close to my place of work, but it would suit anyone looking for a comfortable room on a budget, with a lot of amenities close by.

"OUR STAY AT THE IBIS BUDGET ARENA"

Our stay at the IBIS BUDGET ARENA was terriable you was charged £10 for a iron and Ironing board it had no proper dining facilities no bar the design of the bathroom was terriable the staffs attitude is appauing we would never stay or reccomend this hotel to anybody this hotel is well below hotel standards compared to the premiere in and travel lodge and other hotels ive experianced
