"Comfortable stay"

Rooms are very nice with all the modern amenities and one thing I liked the most was the bed quality. Location was not that great as you have to pass Nana street which is a bit sleazy. Only used the reception service which was satisfactory. Also the staff doesnt misses to greet guests any time on the way. So overall a nice stay

"I won't call this a 5 stas hotel"

Have to walk through the car park to reach the swimming pool, which is quite strange.My room was facing the condominium right next to the hotel, it's merely about 20 meters away; when I open the curtain to check on the view, a big fat old white man in his underwear was also looking from his window. When I requested to change to a better view room, I was given a dirtier room with a poorer view on a much lower smoking floor.

We keep our housekeeping standard to the highest standards and we are not sure what aspect of the room cleanliness can be improved and what type of view you desired at that time. I would appreciate if you could share some more details about it, as this will help the team to stir things in the right direction and avoid anything similar happening to our future customers.However I would like to mention that we have a front and a back tower and the hotel is in the city center, so depending on the floor your staying the view will be different. We also provide smoking or non smoking rooms depending on the guest request and we highly recommend our guests to inform us at the time of booking. Accessibility to the pool can be, through the parking or even the ground floor and those who love swimming, Gym and massage, we recommend them to stay in the front tower for easy and fast accessibility to these areas.We hope you will return to experience the better room experience and a different room type. "Grand Sukkhanvit hotel Bangkok"

I found this hotel to have comfortable & spacious rooms with all the ammenities needed. Good service, Food was good. The hotel is also in a good location for shopping & enternment.I would reccommend this hotel.

"Big rooms for a decent price"

Booked the hotel because of the convenient location next to Nana BTS Station and the price.The rooms are very big with very comfortable beds. Booked a 1 Bedroom suite and on the way back a deluxe room which was upgraded to suite again.The rooms show a little sign of usage but maintenance is regularly done to make sure to maintain them.We liked the breakfast buffet which has a pretty nice selection and good coffee.The only negative point was that it was difficult to have an evening drink, the band at the main bar was very loud and had Christmas songs for the occasion (you may like the first but after a while ....) and the bar opposite the entrance was rarely served. All in all for a decent price you get nice big rooms for a decent price in a good location. Internet is free at the lobby but they use silly 2 hours code you can collect at the reception.

"no good"

I was seved room at no smoking floor. but my room is filled with smoking smell. It's very terrible to me and my baby. of course my room changed , but I was unhappy.In addition, I requested baby court. Then the baby court was very very worn out..It was seem like destoyed. so I felt uneasy through night.In fact I disappointed your hotel...

I was surprised to have my room upgraded to a SUITE! that made the biggest difference in my expectations.Enjoyed everything in the Suite - amenities, service etcLocation is alright. Hotel provided a free tuk-tuk service to the nearest BTS station Nana. The BTS is the most convenient and cheap means of transport in the city

"Good hotel near a terrible street"

Service was a-level. Hotel is well maintained with good facilities. Totally worth your money. if you have to pin point some negatives: the street next door is the pick up street of Bangkok. And the pool gets no sun due to the fact it is centered between two towers, thus can be some what cool.

Wireless Internet was restricted and a pain to get access. Otherwise, reasonable. Alot of Japanese/Chinese tourists. Location was down an alley, good if you want to be away from the happenings of Sukumvit

"Not 5 Star"

The hotel bills itself as a 5 star establishment but it fails in a number of aspects. I've stayed in this hotel a number of times over the last 2-3 yrs & I have noticed that almost every room I have stayed in required some minor maintenance. There is usually insufficient or no drinking glasses in the rooms. One particular annoyance is the design of the wardrobes. Trousers or long dresses cannot be hanged so creases can fall out due to the inclusion of a second (lower) suspension rod that interferes with the free hanging of longer clothing. Breakfast is expensive (currently discounted 40% but still not good value) and food items are poorly organised and not of the quality that I associate with a 4 or 5 star hotel. Due to the location of the hotel in a one-way narrow soi it can be difficult to get a taxi willing to use the metre. There are taxi parasites parked in front of the hotel waiting to scam gullible guests into paying exorbitant fixed fares. On the positive side rooms are large & hotel staff are helpful & pleasant. Also close to nightlife & a short walk to Sky Train. I would rate the hotel as a 4 star establishment..

"Superb"

Very clean, comfortable and location was perfect near to Nana BTS, next door is seven eleveen etc. Indian food is stone throw. the staff were very helpful. Room size was very big. I would strongly recommend and stay again. It is worth stay after a long working day.

Its a good hotel situated in a bylane of Main Sukhumvit area and tries to take care of the needs of its guests. But it needs to expand its range of food served at its all day restaurant and should try to cover all the regions of the world.Also, the types of tea sachets kept alongside the teamaker should have a variety of teas.
