I am satisfied with the staff's friendy reception. I am making Asoke Residence a favorite hotel in Bangkok. Asok can be used BTS and MRT. It is very convenient. Shopping became convenient because it being able to be terminal 21(shopping center) new opened..

"Perfect for place and comfort"

I will come back to this hotel again if come to Bangkok again. I satisfy with location and comfort of the hotel. The space of the room is very big and not make me bore even have to stay a whole day in a room. All of my family members can stay in a room (2 children), and the location is very nice you can go for shooping in nearby.

I would need a special offer to repeat my stay. Rooms are superb and just 5 minutes walk away from the action. But breakfast sumply not value for money at 400 baht. I see it's outsourced and it seemed empty. Long wait for service and when food arrived- average but above average cost.IFF YOU ARE PAYING FOR 4 OR 5 STAR ACCOMODATION GIVE THIS A MISS. If it's on 'special rate' offer then it's fine.

Try reserving a room in this hotel without having access to the internet. If you walk to the front desk to get a room, like I've done the past 40 years at hotels in practically every country on earth, you'll be turned away and told "go to the website". You are losing business because of this policy. Next time we have people in from our headquarters in Seoul, they'll stay in one of the many fine hotels within 200 meters of this place. Everything else was fine, but this aspect of your service is simply a non-starter. It doesn't work, it's a hassle for many of your prospective guests and it has already lost business for you. Yes I'm very computer literate and I use the inernet every day, but even your website is a hassle. It's poorly designed and hard to interact with, so even when a guest tries to rent a room online, it's problematic. Run your business as you see fit, but do it without my patronage.

Large rooms, clean, very good housekeeping, good location - only 10 minute walk to Asoke BTS.Air con in bedroom noisy, shower often cold. Could do with a coffee shop - although many coffee shops within 5 minute walk.

Stayed there for 4 nights for 2nd year in a row. Washing machine a bonus especially in Bangkok heat. Handy to MTS & MRT. Will go back next year. Restaurant is too expensive for breakfast however street food down Sukhimivit Rd corner excellent or grab supplies from the supermarket.

Best hotel ever ! Staff is like family ! I will definitely return very soon and will recommend it to all my friends. Exceptional services to fulfill all the needs of a weary traveller. All the suites are FULLY equipped. The hotel amenities are just great, including the swimming and the gym. Make sure you try the excellent restaurant on the ground floor.The location cannot be better as it is only 5 minutes walk from both metro and skytrain stations in a very safe environment.

I've stayed in the Grand Mecure Asoke Residence about 6 times and have always found the staff to be attentive and friendly. The rooms, sorry suites are large and well equiped. I like having a washing machine in the suite as it allows me to personally do all my laundry. Having a seperate seating area is so nice, not having to sit on the bed to watch TV. Good views from the roof top swimming pool and I used the well equiped gym every day I stay there.

Situated within walking distance from both the overground and Underground train services it is convenient as a mode of travelling. Do not expect freee flowing traffic as Bangkok is famous for its traffic jams.

The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. We like to say at this place whenever we return to Bangkok.Location at Sukumvit Soi 19 is perfect and Asok BTS Train station is 5 minutes walk away. Shopping Center and Restaurants are close as well. Hotel offers a free Shuttle service to the BTS station and shopping Center.Swimming pool on the roof is well maintained and a pleasure to use.The hotel can be recoommended
"Almost perfect"

Almost everything is perfect in this hotel. Except one small big problem that I've faced this time but also in some previous stays in the same hotel: the water heater keeps switching off, everytime you try to get the water at the ideal temperature. So you can only have a shower with very hot water or with cold water. If the management finds a way of solving this problem, I will consider this hotel the perfect place to stay in Bangkok...
