The location of the hotel is in the major street of Surabaya, Jalan Raya Darmo. I happened to be there on Sunday. Every Sunday morning, there will be car free day in the street right in front of the hotel. It is a new good habit which are developing more and more in the big cities of Indonesia. We can see how people both young and old are running, playing, walking and chatting happily in the street ..But, for them who need to go by car, can use the hotel's back door, which is not included in the car free day program ...Very special moment ....

I stayed in the executive suite. Its a big room with attached living area. Location of hotel is not fantastic, as nothing much within walking distance. Overall good place.

best hotel, after my wedding here, now my 1st anniversary here too :) and will doit again for next anniversary, great service, even when i forget my stuff after checkout, i still able to get it back..

i always love the ladies' floor, that is why this time i stay again in Mercure and specific asking to put me in that floor. What i remembered, they have pink love pillow and a box of chocolate. Well, the room is still the same, love it! but little bit disappointed because they didn't give me the chocolate box anymore :(one more thing, i can hear voices from outside my room. they have taxi pool, so it is easy to get a taxi. However, i certainly will be back, but please improvise, ok?

very nice hotel and room is clean. Chinese restaurant foods is ok but service need to improved. location hotel not far from shopping area but need to taxi as transport. swimming pool is good and clean. internet wifi is free and high speed. check in and check out staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a little bit distant from the city, but the service is good, restaurant is good and staff are very helpful and efficient.. Hotel is convenient (short taxi ride) from Pasar Turi station. Location is very quiet and not as busy as the city center.
