Dirty sheets, bathroom and hotel, terrible service by the hosts, rude, expensive due to experience.

There were blood stains on the sheets, the bunker bed was undone (as previously used), we had to request twice for the host to listen and change us. We didn't want housekeeping and we requested everyday but the hosts didn't even ask for our room number, we also left the door notice which was disregarded. Would never stay again or recommend. "Budget" should never be an excuse for dirtiness or rudeness.

Having to make the bed (for the 3rd person) is typical of the Ibis Budget concept. The bedding is available on the bed. We have an instruction book at the reception and when the client doesn't want something, we write the instruction. It' for that reason, we don't ask you your room number everyday. A great hotel, with the staff welcoming their guests with helpfulness and a smile. Despite the hotel having to cater to a large delegation there seemed nothing to difficult. Great food every day, and the hotel is maintained to a good standard. Bonus points for being close to the metro stations and only 30 minutes from many of the big attractions. I would definitely return to this one 👌🏾
