We booked the hotel mainly for the facilities and were a little disappointed that even at the end of the refurb most facilities were unavailable particularly the pool. Also despite saying it had catering facilities in the room there was not plates cutlery, bottle opener which is basic so make sure you take these with you

Not near the old town. You have to cross three major roads from the tram stop to access the hotel from the centre which takes 15 minutes on tram ‘Superior doublé’ couldn’t have been a smaller room and felt cramped with the corridor taking up far more space than necessary. Queen size bed just long enough for me 5.8´ but not my partner who is 6.4 » and all the pillows were small and hard unlike their usual selection We knew the pool and dining area were shut but hadn’t expected to see red and white police tape all over the place. Not a great experience and won’t return next time Skimpy hospitality tray - one small water bottle between two and only 2 coffee pods. - one a decaf . !!
