Our stay at the Novotel Zeytinburnu was disappointing from the outset. Upon arrival, we were surprised by additional taxes not included in the original fee quoted by booking.com. The air conditioning malfunctioned, and despite our requests for repair, the reception's solution was to suggest we sleep with the windows open. The mattresses proved too soft and significantly detracted from our comfort. Despite voicing our discomfort, we were met with the response that all mattresses in the hotel were uniform in their lack of firmness. Furthermore, the pricing for the buffet at the restaurant was higher than anticipated for hotel guests, contrary to what we expected. Our mornings were consistently disrupted by housekeeping entering our room unannounced for cleaning purposes. Interactions with most of the hotel staff were marked by rudeness and a lack of helpfulness, with only one or two exceptions. Every attempt to address these concerns with the reception was met with excuses unrelated to the issues at hand. Based on this experience, we have decided not to return for future stays.

It is a good hotel, I am grateful to the management and staff here, the room was very clean and all facilities were complete, the cooling and heating system was very good, in addition, it had a delicious and complete breakfast that I enjoyed, I would recommend this place for solo or family trips to I suggest you, and finally, many thanks to the hotel reception for giving me a room with a beautiful view.
