Booking the executive suite which included breakfast, drinks and nibblies at night and internet with printing capabilities was great. Proved to be the best value.

"FALSE ALARM 1.30 am"

"Balance of Quality Location and Value"

This is a great hotel for the business traveller or tourist wanting a good location and great service and rooms. Beds are great and a variety of pillows. There were four desktop Apple computers in reception for use by guests for a limited daily time. Perfect for booking flights and checking mail. Will come again.

"Excellent location and service"

We have stayed at the Novotel previously - our choice is primarily based on its excellent location at Clarke Quay, however, regardless of that, we are always pleased with the high standards of service and facilities.

"Expectations"

I expected a better room configuration, the room was different to the one shown on line, and there were not enough cupboards or places to put clothing , hanging space for the premium price that I paid. this hotel did not fulfill my expectations for the price.

The hotel is in a great location, however this could also be a downside. I was on the 20th floor and I could stil hear noise from the surrounding nightclubs up to 3am some nights. This could be problematic for light sleepers who are in Singapore on business. Also no free wifi for guests is a little disappointing as this is complimentary in many competing hotels in this bracket. Especially as I have almost reached platinum status with Accor's loyalty program. Their standing only internet station (often full) is of little help to business travellers who have to work in the evenings. $30 for 24 hours when you are staying for a week is very steep indeed and may influence my decision to stay there again.

"A nice hotel"

"Wet bathroom"

The bathroom will be flooded after shower as water will splashed out from the shower cubicle. This happened on both days that I stay there and everytime I have to get housekeeping to clean it up for me. This is troublesome for me.But the overall stay is still quite ok.

"Pleasant Stay With My Wife"

We upgrade the room to executive. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Check-in was fast and pleasant. Lounge service was excellent and breakfast was great. Very pleasant stay with my wife.

"Good service, nice located for sightseeing but noise at night"

Hotel starts at 7th floor on the shopping centers with many shops of Japanese group (gourmet super-market, bookshop and restaurants....). Good service and nice location, but noice exhausting air (probably coming from ventilation ducts of shopping center) reach rooms (at least on the side where I stayed - no. 1106 on 11th floor). Not recommended for sensitive guests for noise.

we had a great stay, very clean, helpful staff. some staff did not understand us but someone always came over to take our order if another staff member didn't understand us.I think all ACCOR members should get an automatic upgrade to premium rooms with all the purks to go with it.Room could be bigger but clean and suitable.Great Hotel Great stay!!!!

"1st Family Visit to Singapore"

Our very 1st trip to singapore was a success, it has been 5 years since my family and went to a vacation outside the philippines and visiting singapore is such a wonderful experience. We visited Universal Studio, Night Safari, Marina Bay Sands, and shopping at Orchard. After every tiring day it's nice to have a good hotel where you can relax and comfortably sleep and have nice food, Novotel Singapore was a perfect choice for my family.

"Family holiday"

We found the hotel conveniently situated with easy access to all parts of Singapore. We stayed in an executive room and there was plenty of room for the four of us. The staff were friendly and very good at their roles. We highly recommend the hotel to anyone, including families who are traveling to Singapore!

"Great value short stay"

As ACCOR members the rate for 4 in a room was great value as only one other hotel in Singapore will allow 4 in a room. We were only in Singapore a short while arriving at 5.30pm and departing the next morning at 7am so did not want to pay for 2 rooms for such a quick visit. The Executive room was large with a king bed and 2 foldaway beds, it was clean and very comfortable and the hotel very convenient to restaurants.

"Wi fi connection"

A rip off $30 per day for Internet connection in the room, I travel extensively and have never been charged this amount in in other hotel, for this reason would not stay ther again.

"Handy to the MRT. Great location"

Definitely worth taking the extra upgrade to the Premier room benefits. Rooms are quite nice but ask for one with a view of Marina Bay. Pool area is great after you have walked your feet off shopping. Breakfast has quite a variety but the food is only average. Buffet lunch and dinner is average also. Plenty of other options for eating.

"Great location hotel with all the comforts"

In Singapore for a business trip and chose a hotel located near the river and restaurants. This hotel has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The room was a little small, but had all the facilities. Nice touch was the Nespresso coffee machine. Had an awesome view over Marina Bay from my top floor room. Staff were very polite and efficient, service great. Buffet breakfast was very good with a huge selection of eastern and western food.

Good standard of accom in very convenient location. Services were excellent including very good breakfast buffet.Room was clean and well serviced. Only complaint was lack of free wifi anywhere in hotel, I would have expected wifi in lobby at least, otherwise good value in a location allowing cheap taxi ride to most soughtafter locations
