"Late Riser"

We drove friends to Sydney to catch an international flight and we all stayed over night for them to catch an early flight the next morning.Perfect for an early flight - no need to get up quite so early - definitely no unexpected traffic delays, no last minute farewell issues, no car problem tragedies, all packed, a night to reflect on things that may have been overlooked so you can head off with confidence, and then the end result is a restful night and a hot shower before travelling.And the reasonable price doesn't make it an "out of the question" indulgence.The room and bathroom is small but modern, fresh & adequate.Other bonuses are that parking is available ($8), airport shuttle service, fast food outlets next door, breakfast facilities on site, drink & snack vending machines, a lift, air condt. wall mounted remote TV.We have stayed here before & would happily stay there again.

Nearby plane testing between 1am and 3 am was loud in room. I dont know if this occurs often. Ok apart from this.

This is good value if you are looking for something cheap really close to the airport. You won't get a good nights sleep though, as there are people coming and going all night with no respect for others. The beds are comfortable and surprisingly, very little airport or traffic noise

This hotel has a cheek to call itself a hotel and frankly I have stayed in better hostels! When I arrived there was a naked toddler running around reception with what appeared to be a drunk mother yelling at it. The room reminded me of a terrible hostel and there were hairs belonging to a previous guest on and in the bed - needless to say I slept fully clothed on top of the bed. The guests in the room next door arrived back at 9pm incredibly drunk and began the world's longest and loudest argument. Once this was finished they then proceeded to "make up" in a similar manner. Exactly what i needed when I had to get up at 3am for a flight. The shuttle service also doesn't start until 6am which is no help if you have a flight departing at 6am and a taxi to the international terminal cost $20 despite it being an incredibly short journey. I would've walked it if there had been a footpath to allow.My only positive note about it was the man on reception was pleasant.All in all a dreadful "hotel" and most definitely not worth $119 when I have stayed in hostels that were lovely for $25.

The rooms are small but adiquate for a brief stay . Location near the airport with a shuttle service to both international & domestic terminals is an asset.Breakfast was basic but sufficent.staff were friendly & helpful.

This hotel is ideally located and with the addition of eating places just next door and shuttle service to the terminals it is ideal for travellers.

Due to delayed charter flights interstate,i was unable to make my booking that night.I rang the hotel to cancel the booking 6 hours before my scheduled arrival and was to i was not entitled to a cancellation or refund. I was not offered any sort of compensation.

It's right near the airport otherwise I'd stay somewhere else. Nasty place. Giant box where you go inside and sleep in a smaller box. Not as cheap as it should be.

This is a good hotel for an overnight stay and can be reached by walking.( but ask for directions )Staff was pleasant .Food available next door and I felt safe staying there as a solo travelerThe only thing I don't like is not having tea and coffee making facilities in the room..

had a great stay at the formula 1 at Mascot. It was clean with crispy white sheets. The TV had all channels. But best of all i could leave my car there for a small fee. it was an easy 8-10minute walk to the domestic airport. Yo could choose from eating at fast food outlets next door or the 4 star hotel up the road

The hotel itself is very good, the room we stayed in was clean and well kept but it's only suitable for a one night stop over, it wasn't well appointed enough for a longer stay of a few days or a week. It served the purpose for which my wife and I had to come to Sydney and we were quite happy with the check in service, cleanliness and ease of access to the airport. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again or to recommend the hotel for anyone needing just a one night stop over. Value for money, I think the overnight rate was a bit high for the very basic quality of the room.

Room was very clean and could hear minimal noise considering its busy location right next to the airport. Although i didn't use them there seemed to be quite a few vending machines for snacks and the hotel is right next to a selection of fast food restaurants that were open late. I didn't book in till 11pm as i was just staying the night to catch an early flight to Perth. The room had a queen size bed and a single bunk, which was exceptional value for the price i paid. Beds are very comfortable and had lovely clean white sheets. Shower was hot with exceptionally clean bathroom. Rooms are small, it would feel a little cramped if you were planning on spending extended time in the room, and the tv was very small but perfect if you were crashing there after a busy day or were just sleeping overnight as i was. All round, great value if your travelling on a tight budget.

Moment we arrived, we felt we were in good hands for the nite.We have previously stayed at F1 Wentworthville.This Airport location is superb for internal traveller.Greeted by friendly staff, helped with our travel plans in the morning to Domestic Terminal.Rooms lovely and clean,spacious.Food places nearby, Beer available (a big plus!)Saw the nice dining room , but had to leave early, like 5.30 am.Good stay, will stay again.

Found it very convenient in regards to location. I used this motel on arrival and near departure of city as very close to the airport. Friendly reception staff who were very helpful. Parking available at a small cost which was great! One drawback to the stay was hearing other guests arriving at all hours during the night-some quite noisy, but as its near an airport this is to be expected. Rooms are very small-but comfortable and clean. Bathroom made for kind of a wet situation, very cramped and water flows to the bathroom door-but otherwise manageable. Nice breakfast supplied too-good value for money. I would stay again for convenience of arriving late at night and being close to the airport but probably would not stay for more than one night at a time. Thanks Formule 1

Cheap, clean, close to airport. All you could ask for or expect for the price and location. This isn't a holiday destination, just a good clean room and bed for the night.

for family room a bar bridge, closed wardrobe for clothes even small not attached to the bunkbed, garbage bin in the bathroom , the windows should have a graduated control that is reachablel in order to regulate the light coming from outside. Make sure air-conditioning is functioning and clean. Extra table and chair.

The location of the hotel is about 10 minutes walk from domestic terminal, it is pretty close. But it cannot walk from the International terminal. The hotel hallway is not so clean, it needs some cleaning done.

It was a pleasure staying at the Formule 1 - It took us just under 10 minutes to walk there from the domestic airport, check-in was fast and easy. The room was clean - nothing overly luxurious but it has what you need. The staff were only too willing to help with questions we had and check-out was also fast and easy. Will definitely stay if I'm down that way again.

Room was small. Bathroom far too small with no shower screen. Bed was reasonably comfortable. I have stayed in cheaper hotels with better facilities. Wall separating rooms appeared to be very thin as you could hear everything from the room next door - no sleep after 4:50am Proximity to domestic airport was excellent. 24 hr service desk was good as we did not get in from a show until late.
