Hayley on reception has outstanding Customer Service and this can make such a difference to a stay somewhere, so thankyou. The hotel was very clean and modern, Rooms were nice, although the bed move around very easily on the wheels, which can be a bit annoying. However, we always slept well. Thanks

Good friendly service in great location. Had lots of restuarants and bars on the same street and a few more within just a short walking distance. Will stay here again next time I'm in Townsville.

Great location and central to everything. If you only need a bed for the night and no flash room facilities this will meet your requirements. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. A pleasure to deal with. Location is what this venue is all about.
