I found this hotel to be very clean and friendly. The girls in the bar and restaurant were very friendly and helpful.When I realised I had no mobile phone connection the concierge helped me to make my phone call.The room was very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Mercure Nadi: 4.0 out of 5 stars "It was so good!"

I would like to recommend to everyone who wants to stay with a moderate price..I could find this hotel on the street even though I was first at that time but it was so hard to move our luggage to move to a room on the top floor.

Holiday saver plan included $25 service.It was so nice.But second day even though we payed same price,but the room quarity was worse than first day and no service price.That was little bit bad point.But everything expect this was good.Vinaka.

Probably best value for money hotel for overnight business or transfer stay, once improvements are made. Staff are always awesome. Unfortunately it needs lots of reinvestment for modernising. Gym is pathetic, and cycles should be in the tip. Unfortunately 2 out of the the last three trips I have had a recently repainted room and the paint odours were strong and lingering - not good for breathing or asthma.Food is average this time, usually better. Staff are the best feature of this hotel, one of the reasons I go back there every 6 months. Not happy to order Coca Cola at the bar and be given only Pepsi!

Weather wasn't the best, but rooms were neat and clean and spacious. Staff were courteous and helpful. Motel was close to airport; good location. We didn't eat at the restaurant; bit pricey, but looked nice venue. Great stay.

Mercure Nadi: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Cheap !!!!"

It comes down to value for money for around $50 AUS you can stay in comfort and most importantly an air-conditioned room. The rooms sizes where okay, sleeping space was good too. Only the toilet/bathroom needs to a fan to help with all the steaming after a shower. But all in all good service, good value, easily accessible from Nadi Airport and a good nights sleep

We have stayed here a number of times & it is always very clean, with good staff & facilities, close to the airport with couresy service & close to convenience stores, chemist & Nadi town.Very good overall would recommend to everyone & booked in advance you can get cheap rates.

Everyone was very friendly but the hotel needs a good tidy up. In the ensuite bathroom the handbasin had been replaced in the bathroom but the rest was very tired, with water constantly on the floor. The food was adequate but mediocre - the jams were impossible to get open!

Upon arrival we were met by the Hotel Shuttle and taken to the Hotel. Reception was very efficient and friendly and we were able to get the room we requested. The house staff were really great, friendly and most courteous, the accommodation and beds were comfortable and clean. The only concern that we had was that the tiles on the shower recess felt a bit slippery when wet. The proximity to Nandi and public transport was great, not too close just far enough away with the bus stop just a few metres outside the door. The venue was quiet and relaxing and the food good. Be careful of their curry, I haven't been stumped by one yet but this one did. See you all again shortly.

Hotel is conveniently located and staff friendly and helpful. Transfer service to the airport was well organised and even took us back to the hotel when we left something in our room. No issues from the driver and he was very accommodating. Waite staff friendly and helpful as well. Massage was brilliant.

Staff were extra helpful on check-in, remembered our names and followed us around to the room to make sure we were ok getting bags out of the car parked near the room. They asked if we were happy with the room on the first floor and offered to change to the ground floor right next to the car but the porter took our bags up for us anyway so we were happy. The hotel is handy to a large supermarket with economical prices.

Not too impressed. We only stayed here 1 night prior to going home after a lovely time staying at the Sofitel & Lomani Island resort. We certainly weren't looking for luxury here & didn't mind the overall cleanliness/look of the room. It smelt a little stuffy, the bed was cheap and not overly comfy, we couldn't open windows, or change the thermostat and the tile grout was a bit dirty, but that didn't concern us too much. What really grossed me out was state of the pillows. They were the most disgusting lumpy pillows I've ever seen! I seriously think there were a few creatures that had made their home in them. Luckily I had my own pillow. My husband chose to sleep on a folded bath towel. If you do chose to stay here.. it's not that terrible, but just take your own pillows.
