Hotel is well located. Breakfast was good, but for 4 star hotel I usually expect a larger selection of foods. The quality of the food was good. Room was big and comfortable, but the clanliness was not at the highest level.

Renewing room at 7am while I was in adjacent room. Sink in bath room not functional for two days: I could not shave. Reception told me to look on web since hotel mentioned working in room. No willingness to do better and no effort to compensate. I will never use a Mercure hotel again and will report to my company to avoid Mercure Graz by all means.

bearing in mind that we arrived very late, without a reservation, without absolutely anything... I want to tell you that the staff behaved so nicely with us and they left me with such a pleasant feeling. I will definitely come back! not for a second did I feel that I was treated differently because of the fact that I am of another nationality, Romanian...as I have encountered in other parts! you have already been recommended to some of my friends!
