"it bad exprience"

it was my worst exprience in any hotel, the staff were very unhelpfull, i had prepaid reservation for one of the nights and i had to pay again, the staff were unreasanable i have no word to express how bad i felt.i provide to the hotel my Aclub number and im not sure if igot credid for it. thank you

The hotel was so clean and it have some great qualities compared with some other international hotels IN Jeddah, I say this out of experience. The room was clean an spacious and nicely furnished and the prices is reasonable. Things I didn't like :1. The hotel's location is not the best and the location on the site map is not correct .2. The management and housekeeping was a bit poor (the room had one glass in the "empty" mini bar, no complementary water, tea or coffee, there wasn't enough towels and the safe was locked ...)3. The TVs and the bed are out of date.That have been said . . the hotel is one of the best in Jeddah

The area surrounding the hotel is not nice and there is no place to visit in this area with the exception of the gold market which I didnt visit. If you travel by car, dont enter the local roads. They wanted to charge me for phone calls that I havent made. when I reched the hotel after 4:30pm, they said that the room is not ready and they advise me that the check in is 6:00pm which I have not been informed.
