Good location. Easy to access. In mangos dua shopping area. Happening place. Rooms are good. I will certainly prefer this same place on my next visit to Jakarta. Value for money. For A club members they ca n give some special rates and thats only the request.

this is good hotel. love to stay here. It's near to all my activities. easy to shopping, find food or hang out with friends.the complicated is the way to go to mall from hotel. it;s seemd like the management only allow 1 access from hotel lobby.

"Nice place near shopping centre"

The room is clean and neat. Only the receptionist is quite average, not too nice to customers.there is also free bus to mangga dua shopping centre.

"Quite satisfied"

It's recommended to stay at this hotel. The place is clean, food is great, facilities and services are quite good. However, I was quite disappointed when I was given a smoking room that was set up as a non-smoking room even though I have requested for a non-smoking room when I made the reservation. The receptionist handled this matter quite well, we were then moved to a premier room with an extra charge. Price is affordable considering that this hotel is placed quite close to the center of Jakarta.

Breadfast too crowded and plate is too hot unable to hold it. During checking out too slow and room key always unable to open.Lobby too hot and no proper security.

"Leisure time with my Lovely family"

It is a great pleasure to stay at Novotel Hotel in Mangga Dua Jakarta. The room is convinient and quite big for my family. The breakfast in the squre restorant is great taste and various menus. The swimming pools is big and good for the family requirement. I can see the hapiness from my lovely daughter and son. Wish I can stay at this hotel again in future.

As always, Novotel offers unequalled service and comfort to its guests. That was what I felt as I entered the lobby. I met an aura of excellence and warmth. However, I was a bit disappointed when I checked in. The receptionist was too slow and too long to check me in. Nonetheless, all the disappointment disappeared when I entered the room. It was fabulous and comfy. Next time I go to Jakarta, I certainly choose Novotel Mangga Dua to stay.

1) The house-keeper didn't change the used towels in my bathroom everyday. So I had to use the used towels which were still wet for my next shower. 2). I was buying some food outside the hotel & planning to eat in my room. Arriving in my room, I called the room service to borrow 2 sets of empty bowl, plate, spoon & fork.But the room service guy said that he can only lent me ONE SET of those :(

I would perfer the house keeper don't knock on my door every morning for laundry. As for the toilet, I think the wall need to paint or clean as it is quite dirty. Everything is fine on the service, check in and housekeeping except maybe a welcome drink or chocolate.Plastic bottle water will be better compare the glass bottle.

Jakarta busy with traffic jam. But Novotel is nice place to stay if you like to enjoy your nite,have some fun at the shop along the road outside the hotel and Mangga Dua Mall.A few minute take a taxi to go to Anchol beach and "Jakarta Disney Land".Some tips for those who want to find a "muslimah cloth and kurung" u must go to Pasar Tanah Abang, around 30-45 minutes with jam by taxi. U cant find it at Mangga Dua.

- Exactly one year a member of the Accor Group, this new experience in hotel novotel two mango jakarta, service check in and check out the old, completely rigid as in dorm let alone deal with hotel security, once again like to live in military barracks- Difficult parking, parking lot to the floor 5 there is hardly a good clue to the direction hotel.- Great breakfast place but it feels cramped, because the arrangement of seats is not good and too close, so did not like the food menu at the novotel other ill-feel-

"Dirty towels at Novotel Mangga dua"

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel, to my surprise the hotel rooms are though big, the bath rooms are very bad, old and the towels in it are stinking and in spite of my complaint the management could not do any thing to replace better or fresh towels. I feel the similar facilities will be available in much less cost than I spent here. Other wise Hotel location is very central and easy to access. Hotel staff stick to their rule book and not even an inch flexible. I did not enjoy the stay this time.

Using my Accor Advantage free hotel nights, I decided to use them for the business trip to Jakarta this trip. My usual hotel being the Sheraton right opposite to the Novotel Hotel. Upon checking in, I am pleased by the size of the room which is ok, however turning my head to the bathroom, I was shocked to see how it was maintained especially for a 2 year old hotel. The sink was not shiny, tissue box broken, black mold stains in the shower area, shower handle was full of lime stains and blocked. Bascially, i felt dirtier after taking a shower in that bathroom. The bed was hard as a rock and sound proofing is bad. In anyway, I would avoid this hotel, unless you are booked in a higher category.

along coridor in non smoking room is smelled cigarettes's smokebecause a few month ago there were a big group of politic organisation that stayed in this hotel and they smoked in the coridor but the people of the hotel didnt encourage to tell them

"All in one.."

Its really all in one.. I'm traveling with my friend and in this room I find only one pair sandal and one toothbrush. Its a little disappointed for me, imagine if you stay with family and at this room only has one toothbrush.Prepare with your own package service..Near from heritage museum, by walking only 30-45 minute, with "bajaj" you can pay only IDR 15.000 (less than US$ 2).

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it is my hotel of choice when visiting Jakarta. I use it as a stopover when flying into Jakarta for ongoing destinations. I cannot fault the hotel. A bonus is that I earn frequent flyer points. Like other locations, if you plan ahead the room rates can be quite attractive. The inside pool is very nice and a relief from the Jakarta heat. The distance from the airport is another factor, though, need to time the arrivals and departures around peak traffic.

I decided to stay at this hotel again because this hotel location is close to my business activity while I am in Jakarta. Also I received a birthday cake in my room on my birthday! Great service from Novotel Mangga Dua team. My room this time was facing to Gunung Sahari road with nice view of Jakarta and I could see the ocean as well. Room size is big (so much bigger than most of hotels these days). Couple things that Novotel Mangga Dua need to improve is to add more reception staff at busy hours to serve guests as quickly as possible. I was waiting and standing for about 30 mins to check in! You need to make sure that when you are going to have a breakfast you are not together/same time with corporate guests that stay at this hotel because staff are not quick enough to refill foods. One morning I left after 5 minutes as I could not get my meal (most of foods that I wanted has run out and that was just after 6am).
