stay in All Season Padma Kuta when there was Sale in Accor group, got a nice bargain for the holiday. Rooms were spacious enough and clean, I ordered the family room, but got upgrade to deluxe room. Hotel is quiet and nice, swimming pool is fun for my children. Breakfast is light and easy. Minus point is the parking lot only accomodate 8 cars, including hotel car. Luckily I came before the high season, but cannot imagine how difficult to park in the hotel at high season. But most of the hotel in the area have the similiar problems except for the 4-5 star hotels.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was a great hotel with colorful rooms, nice pool in the front and friendly staff. It would be perfect if it's beachfront hotel. I was glad I chose to stay in the deluxe rooms on ground level as there are only stairs to the rooms and no lift to upper floors. The spa was great and I felt pampered after the spa session. The hotel provided free shuttle service to nearby mall. You have to book in advanced as there a limited seats and it's only once a day, to and fro. Wish they increase the frequency as we were not able to get on the shuttle as it was full.

The hotel didn't have lift nor elevator, so it was not easy to go up and down from the 3rd floor room to lobby v.v. especially if bringing heavy luggage. The air condition in the room was not working well. The balcony of the room was not good. The admission procedure was complicated, although we have Accor member card and although we have already paid the hotel cost in advance (when booking the hotel via internet). The hotel staff seems not trained enough in providing good service or hospitality to the hotel guest. This hotel need a lot of improvement in many aspects..

I have stayed at the All Seasons in Legian many times and it has become my home in Bal i. 5 travel to Bali for both business and leisure and find this a great location to do both. Many great restaurants close by and a short walk to the beach and most importantely all the shopping in at the door.

We stayed for two nights. It is a little bit quieter than Kuta but within close access to great restaurants, bars and shops. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The buffett breakfast in the morning is delicious and the pool is lovely. The rooms are clean and all that you need.

friendly staff great hotel but did stay in the deluxe rooms and thought they were greatonly down fall in this hotel is that this is a three story property and it doesnt have a lift so if you had a disability or were older it would be hard to get up and down , but we were on the ground floor so it didnt bother us at allabsolutely wonderful would stay again

Pleasant, clean hotel. Breakfast okay, but could be a little more varied. Room comfortable, if a little basic. Good value for the money. Somewhat bemused when they counted the towels and the silverware before we could complete checkout.

Awesome 4 night stay at the All Season Legian, playful, friendly staff with huge smiles everywhere you turn, my son had the best time at this hotel. Beds are so comfortable, easy access to all hotel facilities, before we arrived i was given advise over email about the best room for my mum, who cannot walk far due to a health condition. he needs could not have been met better, and she enjoyed her stay at the All Seasons, she could watch my son from the verandah of the room it was perfect. Great breakfast, Hotel Restaurant did not disapoint either, and good Pizza. I would stay again and again at this hotel

Hotel was overall, clean and freindly. However i found the breakfast area very small and juice etc was often empty so we had to ask staff to top up.Pool area was lovely to look at but again small, so most of the time we could not get a sun lounge.Room was nice and big, nice and modern but with cheap furniture. The bathroom however was very very small, when you were sitting on the toilet you were basically at your basin.Location was great and breakfast food was excellent.Prob better for people with no kids.

All good. Suggestion - Build those poor sods at the gate a Gatehouse to protect them from the rain and sun. The plastic chairs they sit on are grotty and dirty. It is very unprofessional. In the new gatehouse provide comfortable seating, telephone, alarms, small fridge perhaps, guests info and TV.

We spent four nights at the All Seasons and enjoyed the time we spent there. We were impressed with the size of our deluxe room, and were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful outdoor shower, which proved to be a lovely place to shower on the hot and humid mornings! The staff were always smiling and quick to provide all help required whilst we were there. The restaurant provided excellent buffet style breakfasts, which never disappointed. The pools were a great place to stay refreshed, and the location of the hotel was very convenient, with the beaches only a few minutes walk away as well as all of the shops and restaurants/cafes. As a honeymooning couple, we were thrilled to have the staff present us with a surprise cake and fruit platter for us to celebrate, a very nice touch and confirming the friendly nature of the hotel. We would recommend this hotel to anybody staying in the Legian or nearby areas.

Clean, safe, comfortable, great food. Staff very friendly and helpful. Tea and coffee facilities. Small complex suitable for young families. Massage and beauty spa available. Check products before having any scrubs or wraps done. Otherwise overall service very good. Restaraunt on premises - good menu with good selection of food and drinks.
