Mercure Dunedin: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Take care with unsupervised children"

15th May 2012, nzcaygills, Karon, Thailand

The room above us was occupied by at least one child, possibly at times unsupervised, who spent several hours jumping around in the room, maybe on and off furniture.Because the hotel has been renovated, there are several levels serviced by the lift. We were on the fourth floor and had to walk down almost a full flight of stairs to get to our room. This was entirely unsuitable for one of us who has a partial disability.

Mercure Dunedin: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Great Location"

11th May 2012

Everything was fine met all our needs, great location. A little slow to service room first day.Casino just down from Hotel and near Speights Ale House and Brewery.

Mercure Dunedin: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Great place to stay in Dunedin."

Very spacious room for 3 adults, handy location and great beds. We enjoyed our brief stay and will come again.

Mercure Dunedin: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Mercore Dunedin"

6th April 2012, Invercargill

This hotel is in a good location. Staff are genuinely helpfull & attentive. The only downside to our stay was the bedding , pillows to be precise......new but v soft gave no neck support at all. So being kiwi we improvised by folding the bedcover & using a towel!Do hope Mecure Dunedin buy themselves a different product...it will be worthwhile.Yes we will stay again......

Mercure Dunedin: 4.0 out of 5 stars "very good"

21st February 2012, Surat, India

it is very good but little bit away to city centre. staff is very friedly. service is very good. every day 30 minutes wi-fi is free to use. room is very good. location is all good but little bit away from city centre and not visualised big space like a hotel.

Mercure Dunedin: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Disappointing"

20th February 2012, Neuilly sur Seine

Rooms should be renovated, and breakfast is definitely of poor quality. New Zealand is a producer of fresh fruits, and, in summer, this hotel offers a majority of canned fruits for breakfast instead of fresh fruits! Ham has to be asked for in sufficient quantity. Breakfast has a poor value to quality ratio!

Mercure Dunedin: 3.0 out of 5 stars "review"

19th February 2012, Mareeba

This hotel room was very pleasant to be in as long as you don't look out the window, outside was a maze of pipes and fire escapes. The resturant food was good but we had to wait over an hour from when we ordered to getting the meal. the staff were friendly and helpful.

Mercure Dunedin: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Holiday in Dunedin"

2nd February 2012, Melbourne, Australia

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay in Dunedin, and the hotel was in a great position in the centre of the city. The staff were extremely helpful and the room was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends travelling to Dunedin.
