Stayed for 4 nights. Wasn't a huge F. of the drape showers, the bathroom got quite wet and had to use towels to bund the shower area. Seem to be not enough room service staffs, otherwise I enjoyed the stay.

The beds and breakfast were very good. But the front desk service was really terrible. We had booked 1 twin room for our first night, but were given two.. Our second night was in a twin bedroom, as booked, and we paid $199 for bed and breakfast, as asked. When we got home a further $58 had been deducted from my sister's credit card; when she rang to complain the duty manager blamed a new worker for making the original mistake. That lack of staff loyalty plus the lack of good staff training is very poor. With such poor service we would not book with you again nor recommend you to any of our friends.

Very dim light in room, worn out carpet with stains, cold room… not able to adjust air con, extremely poor value for money. Only good thing was reception staff who were pleasant. No one asked (or therefore cared) about how my stay was. No hand towel. Couldnt use soap in shower as couldnt push the nozzle down. No tea replaced day 2.

Very good service from staff at the front desk and with booking - which I needed to change due to an error of mine, but that was no problem. I have a back problem and found the bed was not good for my particular issue.

Been and stayed here before so knew what to expect. Only let down was to find hairs in the shower in what was supposedly a cleaned room, a bit off putting
