We stayed here during a visit to the Amazon for 4 night. The hotel is your typical hotel that was probably nice 10 years ago but is now very run down (don't thrust the website pictures). The staff are rude and only interested in selling you trips to the Amaxon so they can get a fee (they also tried to sell illegal trips with 'a guy who works in the hotel'. I was amazed this was a chain hotel that are normally fairly good. The entire hotel was very dirty and rundown. Pool area filty. Our room smelled bad.......the bathroom was relatively clean and that was about it. I stood for about 10 minutes until someone finally came out of the office and served me at the reception.............at times it seemed like we were the only people in this hotel. I know my review is extremem but this hotel is really really terrible. Avois at all costs!!! PS. The owner (or the person I presume is the owner) spent most of his time sitting in the lobby smoking and watching TV (one crazy place!!)

Not worth the money, the rooms are really low standard and the breakfast buffet is terrible.The waiters of the restaurant where breakfast is served are very rude, and you don't find them around all the time. You have to be lucky to order something from the kitchen."Não vale o preço cobrado. o padrão dos quartos é baixo e o café da manhã é horrível.Os garçons do restaurante são muito mal educados e não são solicitos, não ficam a vista durante muito tempo. Tem que se ter sorte pra conseguir pedir alguma coisa da cozinha."
