"Balaxert and Bus #10 make this place a winner!"

Right opposite Balaxert shopping centre and on bus 10 route to downtown or airport. Bus runs frequently and gets you to airport or downtown in no time.Room (not the usual Swiss shoebox size) was also equipped with mini fridge and microwave which is a plus. Nice and quiet unlike the hotels in town.

Every time I travle to Geneva on official or leisure purposes my family members and I are particulary happy to stay in Suite Hotel Novotel Geneva. It brings us home like feeling and comfort which is so difficult to get in other hotels elswhere in the city. Convinient location and professional staff coupled with polite and very hospitable staff gives to this hotel uniqueness and definitelly and added value
"A fine hotel close to downtown Geneva"

Good hotel, in line with Accor standards. Location is good for air travelers; a little far from city center for tourists as we were; however, public transportation (line 10 or some nearby tramways) helps much to go downtown. Expect a 20 minutes ride; courtesy tickets valid on all city lines at all time are available from the reception. Very quiet neighborhood. Rooms clean and adequately provided with amenities such as complimentary coffee/tea, free internet and good choice of free TV movies in many languages. There is a restaurant , but we did not try it because it is closed on saturdays and sundays. A light breakfast is offered in the lounge; or, a not-so-richm not-so-appealing breakfast is proposed by the restaurant (on weekends also) at 11 SFR, which is very, very cheap for Geneva. There are other eating places nearby, in a large shopping center just across the street.

In this hotel all the staff at the reception were very helpfull and kind. Rooms were very clean, big enough and comfortable especially having a kind of kitchennette with a kettlle and a microvawe oven made my staying more comfortable. Another thing that is nice was to have the opportunity to watch many movies free of charge both English, French, German.... through a system in the hotel and also the connection to the internet. Moreover, the complementary items like coffees, teas and water have been changed every day. The only problem that I have experienced after my check in was to have a room where already someone/ones have already smoked although I have already determined this important issue before coming to the hotel However, the receptionist has kindly sorted out this problem ans I have been transferred to a 100% nonsmoking room.

good hotel in a amazing city we found all our needs and it offered for us excellent deal room was very wide , included every thing. the bus station was very close to hotel entrance. breakfast was good . actually i recommend this suite novotel
"Outstanding option for Geneva Airport area"

This is a really convenient hotel for getting to the airport early in the day. A bus, the 10, runs quite often, right to the terminal, starting before 6am. Taken in the other direction, the 10 goes to the centre of the city. The shopping mall on the corner has mall food and a grocery.The hotel is a good value. Well designed rooms are easy to use. Sound-proofing seems very good, the bed was excellent, everything was clean. There are no frills or decorations. But there was a small sink, a small refrigerator, and a small microwave. We did not buy the breakfast buffet, which was expensive (about $15, Canadian), but they give away coffee and a croissant in the lobby.

For tourists, the location of the hotel isn't really recommendable, though there are enough options for public transport nearby. The rooms were OK, nice and big, exactly as indicated for Suite Novotel. The Suitebox (tv, internet etc.) hardly worked. We reported this at the reception, where they told us it was just working very slowly. Very very slowly indeed; we didn't get it going. We had breakfast from the Etap hotel, with Etap quality. No nice innovative things, developed by nutritionist etc etc etc. Just plain baguette, muesli, cheese, ham. Good enough, but a real disappointment if you know what a Suite Novotel breakfast can consist of!

this is a great hotel for a stopover. Convinent parking, close to the airport and complientary bus passes, witch made it easy to go downtown. Resturant closed in the weekends, but no problem to find an other restaurant nearby.

We spent 4 nights at Suite Novotel Geneve in June 2011 in a 1 doble + 2 single bedded room. It was very easy to find the hotel, bus nr. 10 from airport stops 1 min from entrance (5th station is hotel). During our stay it was easy to travel around and get back to hotel even at around midnight. Our room was absolutely perfect, equipped with suite box (free internet on TV and movies included), microwave, fridge (with grtuite bottle of water everyday), small kithchen sink, bathroom with separate bath and shower, separate wc, dining table, so everything one needs. Cleanliness was perfect, towels were changed everyday. Besides on screen internet hotel has a net corner in the lobby, there you can also use the internet free of charge. We didn't have breakfast at hotel, so no opinion on that. Staff was kind even if they couldn't answer all our questions :) With bus nr. 10 it took ~ 15 min to get to the centre. There's also a huge shopping mall opposite to the hotel. Our overall experience was very good, we'd definitely stay at Suite Novotel Geneve again.

Highly recommended....Great service lovely modern rooms...The breakfast was the same everyday and it was neither continental or english. Lots of bread and cheese (the Swiss way I guess!!!). There's a bus (10) directly from the airport to the hotel which is free if you collect a travel pass from the airport. The hotel also provides you with a travel pass for the duration of your stay. There is a shopping mall and cinema directly opposite the hotel. You can get everything from groceries to resturants there. The city centre also isnt't too far from the hotel.
