When I arrived to hotel the staff not to serve welcome drink for my family and me. I feel not good in your service. Swimming pool is old and floor it broken.

Stayed for 6 nights in March found the hotel to have a great location and very clean. Would definetly stay there again, only issue may have been the large number of bus tours that overwelmed the breakfast buffet.

I had stayed on the 6th Floor. There are two chairs at the balcony. I sat outside, reading the book. The scenic is very good. I can see the large pool.

"4th Time at Mercure same as always, Great!"

Been there 4 times now and going hopefully feb next year. Top marks for everything. The rooms are very clean and staff very friendly. Free pool table and happy hours most nights. Food is great and fresh. Fell in love with this hotel the first time i stayed.

"First time... last time?"

Overall, I can not write that we have a bad time @ MERCURE Pattaya but I believe that our time could have been better if the air-con was not so noisy, the bed mattress so hard and the EXPATS conference on a Sunday morning available to all guest indoor and outdoor with speakers. Otherwise management is good, the staff is average, the food is good, swimming pool is good. Moreover, I had to give back the sleepers i wore the whole week-end (if it is not free write it but i found this a bite cheap...). We were happy to come and happy to leave. Not sure we will be back.

"Great Food, pool and location"

This is a great hotel with excellent food and relaxed feel. The pool is great, large with plenty of sun beds and excellent service. The location is in a quiet street behind the main shopping street. Ask reception for the shortcut because we only found it on the last day! Walking street and many bar districts are close by. The rooms are good especially if you get a balcony and have a view over the pool. Only downside was the noisy airconditioners that can keep you awake at night and the bathroom is narrow if your are a larger size farang!

"Golf Excursion"

Had a great time in Pattaya and the staff were excellent and happy to advise of arrangements and when best to do them.Transport is excellent and it is not out of the way to almost every thing you would want to do in Pattaya.I will be going back to experience more of the Pattaya hospitality.

The hotel is good at price with less than Baht 1500 per deluxe room per nightNot far from Royal Garden and have shuttle car. The cleaning lady did not refill every consummables each day (cotton bud & tea bags etc.) The swimming pool is nice and the food at the poolside cafe is not expansive.

Thank you for asking my opinion. During the last several years I have chosen to stay repeatedly at the Mercure Pattaya Hotel. The garden is lovely and I am able to do my morning 3k swim in the 30m pool, doctor's orders. The location is perfect. The staff are very helpful and considerate. I make really good use out of the wi-fi internet as my laptop is now surgically attached to me(kidding). I am just retired after 32 years with PanAmerican Airways, and United Airlines, and have been fortunate to have "laid-over" in some of the world's finest hotels. Yes, there are more opulent digs, but I find the Mercure Chain, and Pattaya, especially, to be eminently suitable to my needs. I am most eager for Mercure to "invade" the U.S. so I may continue to enjoy your hospitality in my travels with the States. regards, Michael Cronholm

good location. good breakfast. swimming pool tiles and pebble work surface very sharp and dangerous. bed filling smell not good (I guess it's coconut fiber). parking space of each car too narrow. leak at water heating unit in bathroom.

"Decent hotel"

The location is good - close to 2nd road and the Avenue mall. The swimming pool is of good size and water depth. No hassle on bring in guest for the night. Room is a bit small in particular the toilet - such a bad design.

I stay in the hotel for four days. This hotel is very quite. the staffs are polite and helpful. My room is so noce that have pool view and a comfortable balcony. Everyday I swim in the hotel swimming pool. I especailly enjoyed the spa and message.I feel relax when I take the message.The hotel provide shuttle bus to the centre of pattaya.So I can out easily.The breakfast provided is delicious.At the night time I sit in the room balcony and talk with my partner.

"Value for money"

My husband and I visited Pattaya in March and stayed 4 nights at the Mercure. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and there is a free shuttle that takes you into town on demand. Not that it is far to walk anyway.While we were there they had a promotion at the Spa, buy 1 treatment and recieve the2nd for 1 baht. We used it to have a massage which worked out to be the same as you would pay at a massage place in town, but a whole lot cleaner and no hassles and much better standard. If you visit Pattaya a feed at the seafood restaurants is worth a try.
