"As good as always"

The Manager and his staff have maintained a high standard of service and cleanliness since this Ibis opened a few years ago. We feel the selection of TV channels would be better for UK visitors if BBC1 & ITV1 were available. In all other respects, it is a first class Ibis, good car-park, good, quiet, well-equipped rooms with free WiFi, comfortable beds, well-designed showers, a couple of minutes from the centre of Honfleur.

very nice hotel with good facilities and service. Upto the usual good standard you always get from Ibis.Maybe just a little too far out of the beautiful town to be walking there and back each night for dinner.

The hotel was easy to find, close to the harbour of Honfleur, room basic, but lovely and clean, breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Grteat for an overnight or short stay.

Room was simple but clean. Staff friendly. Typical IBIS hotel. Location a bit too far to walk to town, but a very short drive. Good value for money.

"Pleasant Place to Stay Close to Honfleur Harbour"

Great little hotel close to the harbour at a great price. Although rooms are a little small, it is great value for money and would recomment it to others. Honfleur harbour is a 30 minute walk away or a two minute drive.Free Wi-Fi is also provided.

Arriving at the hotel and needing help to find a tyre garage we had extremely good service from a young man at reception. He found us a local supplier for our new tyre and drew us a very good map of where to find the garage.Our room was very good value for money , comfortable and extremley clean.Our first time in a 'budget chain' hotel - but it won't be the last.

Convenient Hotel for a stopover. We found it difficult to get a good night's sleep as the air conditioning was not so good. Breakfast was OK - Ibis standard. Baguettes could have been better quality. The staff were helpful and courteous.

We had 2 nights (1 outbound and 1 inbound) and as always we enjoyed the IBIS standard of cleanliness. This time IBIS also offered us free and secure parking + free Wi-Fi, but why do we have to bother with login and password? Also if you want to go downtown you may have to walk +1 km to the centre of Honfleur unless you accept to pay very expensive parking rates.All considered and looking to the quality/price it’s a good deal.

Location very good but difficult to cross busy road which is necessary if on foot due to lack of pavement on hotel side of road into centre of Honfleur.Breakfast area was a little congested but otherwise very good experience.

Great access and very very helpful staff....we needed an extra bed for our 11 year and had not managed to indicate our needs via internet booking....they were fully booked but met all our requests and then phoned ahead to our next IBIS in Senlis....i was extremely happy with the Ibis .Please make sure you phone ahead if you travel with children..the webbooking only accepts 2 people so book for 2 and phone them with your request for extra childrens beds

The food is not well stocked and things run out. There is only one person serving. All of this indicates a hotel which is not keen on guests having a relaxing and enjoyable breakfast. I complained and the girl at reception was stll going to charge me until I said, ' I see, I complain you say sorry, but still expect me to pay for an inadequate breakfast'. She sought advice and removed the charge. We are not particularly fussy, but this hotel is failing in customer service. Please see my review of another hotel in the Accor group, the outstanding Mercure at Caen, Herouville. Perfect in every way. The Ibis Honfleur should get some customer training from some of their Accor colleagues. We will not be back
"Very Clean, Comfortable hotel"

This hotel has very clean large rooms, large comfy bed and a large pod style bathroom, with a great shower. All staff are friendly and speak a little english. There is a 24hr restraurant and bar, clean and modern. The hotel is a little way out of honfleur,maybe a mile but easy enough to walk in. There was a rock concert on in Honfleur when we were there so we were thankful we were a little way out of the center. This really is a great hotel and we will return. Just book.... sure you will not be disappointed.

It is the best Ibis hotel we stayed in. The bathroom was clean and good. the room was spacious. The receptionist was very helpful. Best of all it has wifi. Location was excellent for Honfluer with good parking facility. The bar is modern and clean. It also serve bar snack, which is good when arrival is late.

Rooms with no air conditioning were a little too hot in June although outside air temperature was cool. Clean but basic and pricey, presumeably because it is Honfleur. Difficult to see why it was twice the price of Ibis in Le Havre, which is just across the estuary.

This is the third time that we have stayed at this Hotel and wiuld stay again in the future.The Hotel is just otside of the Town but within walking distance.The Hotel is clean & has a pleasant air about it.The staff are very friendly & helpful.The only negative is really the space allowed for obtaining breakfast. It does become very congested at busy times but is bearable if everyone co operates.During our stay there were problems in re stocking the breakfast items. The young lady was working flat out but there did not appear to be products available to restock.

This is a good example of an Ibis Hotel - all of which we have tried we have found to be friendly, informal, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. The rooms are on the small side - but well designed (modern, minimalist) and comprehensively equipped. We have learnt to take our own kettle and coffee/tea etc. to all continental hotels. The buffet breakfasts (8 euro pp) were generous and 'healthy' and served from about 0630 to 1000 or later - no pressure.The hotel is about two thirds of a mile from the centre of Honfleur - the walk is level, and doubtless good for one.

This IBIS hotel was well located to near the centre of town. We needed just a short car trip to the centre and parking there was no problem. The hotel had plenty of parking spaces and the satff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast (petit dejeuner ) was fine and really we had no complaints about the place.
