Excellent location and very good breakfast. The hotel met our expectations, it is close to the city center, although it is necessary to go by car, for healthy people the walk is peaceful, the breakfast is very complete, the hotel is an excellent option for a few days in the city.

My short stay with my dog was fantastic and good value, especially compared with hotels in the UK. As a woman travelling alone, I felt very safe and comfortable here. After a long journey I easily found the hotel (with plenty of parking) and, although I arrived late (around 10:30pm), I was warmly welcomed by Reception (who were very patient and kind as I insisted on using French, despite the fact they would’ve happily communicated in English!) There is an accessible entrance to the side (next to the disabled parking) which was invaluable for me as my dog had just had surgery and the steps to the main entrance would’ve been a problem. The hotel is simple but modern, quiet and very clean, with a nice bar area serving drinks, simple snacks and meals, and the breakfast (which again was simple, but well executed). I loved the little in-room doggie mat and food and drink bowls waiting for us - very thoughtful. I had to work from my room whilst there. The wifi was adequate for conference calls although they were having some issues one day and had engineers on site. The only downside was no in-room tea and coffee facilities; however, I could easily nip to the bar.

EV charge issue

The hotel was great, with friendly helpful staff and a very comfortable room. However we had booked this hotel primarily as it offered on site charging (TotalEnergy) for our EV. Not only was the power extremely poor but as it is billed by time, after 50 mins we were already paying 6€ for just 6kWh..the battery increased by just 1% !!!! This is a complete rip off and Accor needs to address this as it is not acceptable. Fortunately there is a hi-speed Tesla supercharger close by which was considerably cheaper and efficient - so we will use a hotel closer to this next time
