We did the reservation online ask for early check-in but in the day we arrived the receptionist say we have to pay first but the reservation don't say not about pay early .

The staff is very nice with kindness assistance. However, they are entirely overloaded. After two days I am still waiting for the invoice due to finish the accountability with my company. The hotel is not so well located, and my room (281) is very depreciated.
