They were little red ants everywhere, the lady fro room service did not speak english so she just hung up on me, the couch was made out of plywood and fabric. I had to stay an extra night and with no effort at al they said NO.VERY disappointing stay overall, Probably the worst experience I have had in over 10 years.

The room was freezing when we arrives, and air conditioned never heated it up (only cold air).The Hotel in general seems old (not modern, not so clean look).Breakfast is not expensive, and should not be... there is not much to be eaten or drunk, and quality of good is low.One of the two magnetic keys did not function in the morning. There was no "Do not disturb"sign available and a maid knocked to enter while we were in bathroom.
