"central location, good standard"

Located pretty much in the centre of Millau this is a very handy hotel. Its typical Ibis - very clean, good range of breakfast items (though breakfast area is quite small), bedrooms and bathrooms were larger than we have had in Ibis elsewhere which was nice - that bit of extra space makes a difference. Hotel staff were perfectly efficient and friendly. We didnt book parking but put the car in the municipal car park in front of the church - only across the road from the hotel. Parking charges there start at 8.15 am but if you put just 20 cents in the night before you can get 30 mins free + 30 mins for your 20cents the next morning ( 50 cents will get you an hour and a half). For us that was just fine as we were ready to leave by 9.00. It seemed very safe as the area is quite quiet.We ate at the local bar/brasserie right next door to the hotel and it was both good quality and good value. Quite busy and plenty of locals in there which is a good sign. Friendly staff.All in all not a bad place to stay - I only rate it as average because of the basic level of amenities - I still think its reasonable value and would recommend it. Like others we stopped here because of the viaduct and that certainly does not disappoint. if here you must go and see it.

I have stayed in the IBIS Millau hotel for one night, while I was travelling to a walking holiday in the Cevennes. The rooms and the hotel are nice and have a typical level of comfort for hotels of this chain. However, the location in the centre of the rather nice city of Millau, the very good breakfast that includes some local specialities and the helpful and friendly hotel personnel made my stay very pleasant. So I returned to this hotel on my way back. Definitely a recommend.

We spent one night in this Ibis Hotel in Millau, France. It was simple, comfortable, clean and very quiet. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Free WiFi was most welcome.The view from our window over the rooftops of Millau even included the Viaduc de Millau, which was beautiful at dusk.If we find ourselves in Millau in future, we would stay here.
"Good overnight stay"

We were only staying overnight, on a drive down to Spain, but it was a good choice. The room was a reasonable size and the bathroom was perfectly adequate and very clean. We used the hotel's secure parking, just round the corner. There were plenty of restaurant's and cafes to eat in close by. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of things to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would happily stay there again.

Took a while to find the Ibis Millau as it was joined to another hotel.If driving there beware the parking is down the side of a tiny road and is an additional costClean comfortable, accommodating staff. Selection for breakfast was great.Quiet, lovely location.Only complaint was during the night it became unbearably hot and we could not turn the heating down or off and had to open the balcony doors fully out to the frosty night air to try and get some sleep! Otherwise lovely stay over on the way down to Spain.Would stay again if the heating was turned off!
