"Overnight from Greece to UK"

Arrived about 8pm. Easy to find very pleasant welcome and spoke English. Offered restaurant but chose to take meal in room as we had our dog with us. The room was simply excellent. The meal was very nice indeed and we all slept soundly. We rose quite early as we had to keep to our schedule. We had a buffet style breakfast and our dog was allowed to sit with us in the restaurant area which could be described as "open plan" but still very pleasant. Breakfast was very good. No hot items, but very good selection none the less.Parking was secure and I felt happy about leaving it unattended.For our night stopover purpose the hotel was luxurious a very affordable. We will definitely plan our routes in the future with this in mind.

The service was excellent with the hotel being very good value for money.We had a dog with us and were pleasantly surprised that we were able to take him into the restaurant with us for breakfast.We will definately stay at Ibis again.

Good hotel for one night´s stay when you travel from North to South or vica versa; near motorway and easy to find. Restaurant okay with fair prices; good breakfast. Do not think, it is family friendly. Did not see any facilities for children.

Stayed here for one night en route from UK to Italy. Nice clean hotel but in an industrial area so nowhere nearby to eat and the restaurant has limited choice of food. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We came here for the first time on 18 August, and will return about 4 weeks later. We were SO relieved to have had a wonderful experience at this Ibis. We got a bit lost trying to get there, and then trying to get into the hotel's car park, but after that all was perfect. Our ground floor room was so comfortable and quiet we can give it no less than 100% for satisfaction. We ate dinner and breakfast in the on-site restaurant, and again can give no less than 100% for satisfaction. All the food was prepared in full sight of the guests at dinner, and breakfast was one of the most full selections we have seen anywhere on our travels. Full marks to Ibis.

Clean and comfortable. A good value.The hotel is quite a distance from the lake. The train to go downtown Como was about 1.5Km walk, but then the train got us into town quickly.We got in late and tried the restaurant for dinner. The food was sub par. It seemed like they just microwaved the food. The little mini pizza was soggy and my penne was mostly uncooked far from being al dente.

There were plenty of "Hotel Ibis" signs along the approach roads, so pretty easy to find.It is in an industrial estate, with a large supermarket within a few hundred metres.Relatively easy to get onto the roads towards Milan, the lakes and Switzerland.Staff efficient and rooms large enough for our needs.

the hotel was fine, no complaints but finding it was a nuisance as the signposting left a lot to be desired. Signs pointing in different directions....not whet you need at the end of a long drive

Very useful Ibis for an overnight stop. Quality is the usual Ibis standard. Food menu was good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Just off the motorway, so easy to find.

"Dissapointment with the hotel room security"

We stayed 2 nights at Ibis Como.On 2nd day of our stay when we came down for breakfast, my son left his wallet inside the room. After breakfast when we came back to our room we saw the housekeeping staff was cleaning the next room and my son couldn't find his wallet in our room.We complainted to the receptionist and duty manager at that time and the staff questioned two housekeepings which one of them was seen by us cleaning the room next door when we came back, none of the housekeeping said they saw the wallet.We were adviced to make a police report in the city and took us about 3 hours to do so before we came back to give a copy of police report. We couldn't imagine it happened to us during our trip to europe only in this hotel.

"stop off to Lake Garder"

Lovely Hotel, bed was a bit on the hard side, staff friendly, only one compaint the shower head was not very good, shame as the bathroom was something out of a holly wood film set, very exclusive. Room smelt like someone had been smoking in it. Otherwise would stay there again

good location ... close enough to drive to the city centre ... ample parking space too ... the room was very clean and comfortable to sleep in, with extra pillows provided ...wifi signal inside the room was strong and had no problems with the connection
