"Convenient for an "en route" stop"

I found this hotel ideal for an overnight stop travelling from south to north. I had a nice welcome, but couldn't stay for the buffet breakfast as I had to leave by 06h30. The room was quite sufficient for my requirements. There were local restauraunts if required.

After staying in the ETAP hotel in Senlis the week before, this one was a bit of a deception. The room and bed were smaller, it didn't have the duvet but still the old blanket, WC and sink were obviously not clean (no need to get out the magnifying glass to see that).I know for that price, you can't ask a lot, but there are apparently great differences between the many ETAP hotels!
"Stay at Orleans ETAP"

This particular hotel is a long way from the city centre. I wasn't there long enough to explore the local transport links. Orleans itself is well worth a visit. The Catherdral is being renovated as we speak and provides spectacular images as it stands over the city. The hotel itself is very new and therefore very clean. One aspect that i did not like is the lack of reception staff at various times. This gives a feeling of isolation. However, overall I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel with a two year old on our way through France to Spain. The room was good value for one night. Free, safe parking. The tram stop was faitly close so we could get into the centre of town which was worth seeing.
"Choose the right side"

The hotel is one of the best we have stayed in up to now. It is situated near the center of the city and easy to get to by car. The hotel has a large parking lot, the rooms are clean, the staff are very friendly. One thing to bear in mind : if you can choose the side of the hotel, ask for the side of the parking lot, not the side of the street. All night long you can hear the traffic, although screens try to keep the noise out.
"Useful stopover"

Close enough to Buffalo grill to get a reasonably priced evening meal. Easy to find and good parking. Room was clean and staff helpful. Quiet. Shower room was clean. Would use again. 200 characters! I can#t think of anything else to sat - please let me continue - my battery is nearly flat
