Having stayed with you on previous occasions. We have to say we are not fans of the refurbished ”superior” room whilst it looks nice and modern. It didn’t work from a practical perspective. Lack of drawer storage. The previous layout worked better in our opinion. Having said that it won’t stop us from returning when we are next in Malaga.

I booked a hotel and reserved a specific room. Upon arrival, I was given a completely different room, one designed for people with additional needs. I requested my original room, but was told everything was booked. It was uncomfortable staying in that room, which I communicated to the staff. It's disappointing to be treated this way as a "silver" status holder.
