I usually travel only to hotels from the Accor group but I was seriously disappointed this time. This hotel’s location is great and staff is friendly. We however booked it for its rooftop bar. We have two young children and we enjoy spending the evening there when the kids are in bed. Due to a leak, they had to plan maintenance works to the rooftop bar and closed it. This was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process neither was it mentioned on their order page during our stay. I feel sorry for the hotel but this is misleading and we would have booked another hotel if we would have known. Without the rooftop bar, this hotel really wasn’t worth it’s price.

The staff were very helpful and tried their hardest but everything was slow. Had prearranged a cot and bottle warmer neither were ready or in the room. Never got the bottle warmer all trip despite asking multiple times. No pre warning pool was completely closed which disappointed the kids. Check in took 25 minutes even though we had already "checked in online", which I would say was a complete waste of time.
