Booked for one night as meeting daughter day after Nice hotel bedroom clean and tidy Bathroom bit pokey but ok for night Lumpy pillows but otherwise ok Breakfast was very good selection and all hot Staff very helpful and lovely pleasant environment for drinks in bar in evening although but expensive

A really great hotel for a one night business stay. A safe, secure car park within a very short walking distance. I found the hotel great, right in the centre of Bristol, with bars and restaurants around. I'd expected some noise, so took ear plugs. I only heard a small level of noise and you are bound to get this next to bars. I had a lovely walk along the river by myself during the evening and (as a woman) I felt safe. Breakfast was better than in some hotels I've stayed. Room could do with a having a bin and for some reason I couldn't charge my phone (probably my error more than the hotel). Shortest lead ever on the hairdryer and needs to be more powerful please. Staff were lovely, hotel was clean. Bed comfy. Will definitely stay again.

Checkin can be complicated when you email in advance with the online checkin then at the desk you have to go through the process again.

We wanted a base to stay to further explore the region and Bristol too. Great safe car parking at a discount from Reception. External noise does not permeate the bedrooms, which have all you need for an average stay.
